  One of the worst experiences ive had in a long time. I tried this place out because they are close to my house and I just needed a tire repair. I brought it in a little before 11am to get it checked out. The manager Manny took my information/keys and told me about an hour. I walked home and waited. I called after 3 hours and asked about my car, the same guy answered sounded confused and then said oh yea ill take it in next. I waited around some more and finally walked back around 4:30, car in the same exact spot, Manny was now gone for the day and the guys were backed up with work and could only say would be done before 7pm.. Wildly incompetent place - ran over to Mavis cause I had to pick up my kids and they did in 20 mins!!!

  Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Xavier and Kash went above and beyond to help me with my tire and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They were incredibly kind, professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me. It is rare to come across customer service like this anymore. I truly felt taken care of and appreciated, and I left so impressed by the way they treated me. Xavier and Kash are an absolute credit to this place. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and will definitely be coming back anytime I need help with my tires. 10/10 service and truly wonderful people!

  Xavier and the technician Kash went above and beyond to help my fiancé and me. They found a large nail in my fiancé’s tire and reassured him that they could fix it. The technician worked efficiently and completed the job quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of tire repair. Their reasonable pricing is another plus.

  Dropped off car at 11 a.m. Came to pick it up when they said it's going to be ready, at 5:30 p.m., which is already awful long for just replacing tires job. When I arrived the car was not ready, the guy told me it is going to take another 30 minutes to finish. Being 7+ months pregnant I had to wait for another 60 minutes together with my whole family in the hot building with no vending machine to even get water just because they didn't have it ready by the time we arrived. After waiting for 60 minutes I walked around and saw my car still without wheels, and I approached the guy that this is not acceptable customer service and they need to be mindful of their customers time. The guy literally told me "We're being mindful of your time by finishing it today, but if you want I can pull if off right now (without tires)". This was terribly rude. I ended up calling Uber and leaving and my husband stayed. Looks like they have huge backlog and do not really care about the time of their customers. Save your time and money - find another place where they do this simple job much faster.

  Terrible! They have appointment slots going all the way to 6:30 and they'll continue to text you to confirm your appointment but twice they said their tech is leaving and turned me away and told me to come back. I made the appointment earlier and he still said that "I" should know and consider them closing early at 5 even though it says 7. I even called in beforehand to ensure this wouldn't happen a second time, was confirmed the appointment, rushed over from work, just to have the same thing happen. I told them that since they can see the appointments in the system, they should at least call the person so they know not come. Completely unprofessional. Will never come here again.
