  Manny the “manager” speaks condescendingly to female customers. He needs to be fired. He is a terrible manager and insults you instead of listening to any issues coming from this Mr. Tire. From what I can see in the other reviews, Manny gets many of the same type of complaints due to his unacceptable behavior and attitude. No amount of corporate sensitivity training will ever change Manuel Goncalves. This is a personality problem. He should not be the manager of anything if he can’t manage his own emotions. There should be no reason why an employee of Mr. Tire should ever insult or make a paying customer feel badly. He is completely unprofessional.

  I had an appointment for an oil change. However, while I was waiting, the tech, Xavier, came out to tell me my fluid levels were low and there was corrosion on the battery cables. He took me in the work area to show me the problems. We discussed the price for the oil change and to correct the problems. It was a decent price and I did not wait a long time either. I will return for service in the future.

  The service at this place is disgusting and I dont understand that after the reviews that the shop manager Manny is still employed because he is one nasty disgusting individual, i got there around 8:45 and was there until close to 3:30. I took my Uber rental for a slow leak in my tire and was told the car needed front breaks so I said okay, I asked if he had gotten the approval from Hertz to have the breaks done and he said no and about a hour later he tells me that they wanted pictures. He took pictures and submitted them and after about 45 minutes I asked if Hertz responded and he said no so I asked him to call and he told me he would call them but he got on the telephone to help people who were not in the store and didnt call until he finished with those customers. He then told me that he was calling them and this dude leaves the store and says nothing so I asked the manager in training who's name is also Manny what was going on and he said he left to get tires for a customer and thats when I went off. I told him to take the car off the lift and I was leaving so he tells me to tell the mechanic that I am leaving and to take the car off the lift so I am waiting and the mechanic goes into the shop and says that Manny who was on the phone told him to leave the car because Hertz finally approved the work. About 10 minutes later here comes this nasty mouth disgusting Manny, I told him to get the car off I am going somewhere else, Manny told me he was not taking the car down because Hertz approved the work and he was going to do the work and it would take 20 minutes which was a lie. I went to look and all four tires were off, I asked him why we're the back tires off and Manny told me that it was non of my business what needed to be done because its a Hertz car and Hertz knows what work needs to be done. In regards to the approval I told him it doesn't take this long for a approval and he said it always takes several hours and sometimes even until the next day for a approval. I explained to him that this is not true because i have never waited 6 hours for a approval and he said that it is true and I explained to him that it might be true there because he is all over the place helping people on the phone instead of helping customers who are in the store. He was very nasty so I asked for his district managers number and her said "I'M NOT GIVING THAT TO YOU". I am not the only customer who had a problem. He said he spoke to the location manager but that is not who gives the approvals so I dont understand why he was on the phone with the Hertz location manager. The service in this place was disgusting and yall need to get rid of that store manager or send him to be restrained or give him a position as a parts runner since thats what he was busy doing while I sat there waiting. Anyone reading this take your car to Pepboys, Midas or Mineke. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
