Been going to Mr. Tire for years, since I got my first car in college. Not only do they provide great auto service, they understand and care about their customers. I'd give them a million stars if it was possible ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Immediately After leaving the shop and getting the two front wheels removed and the tires replaced Our car’s anti-skid system kept engaging for no reason. We drove all the way to Brooklyn with this problem. It was causing the car to decelerate each time especially on slight inclines. Needless to say we drove all the way back and they did a tire balancing. On the drive back to Brooklyn the problem persisted. Had to wake up 6:30 the next morning and take it back a 2nd time during the storm. First the mechanic tried to insinuate that because it was “an older car” (2015) sometimes things just go bad. I didn’t accept that response and after about 45 minutes I was told I might need a wheel alignment which ended up costing me an additional $100. That “solved the problem “ Needless to say i wasn’t happy about any of this….

I had a fabulous experience with Mr Tire in Union, NJ today. Earlier in the day I had run over a big stone and my light came on that my front right tire needed air and was loosing pressure. I called Mr Tire and talked to the manager, Manny, who said he could help me. I went in and one of his very knowledgeable techs looked over all 4 tires and added air. He said they were fine and I did not need to replace that one I was worried about. Everyone was very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if needed and would recommend Manny and Mr Tire in Union, NJ

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a flat tire on a Sunday while on our way back to Montreal, and we were so lucky to find this garage. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient, and took care of everything quickly so we could get back on the road. A special thank you to Nyeem for being so kind and willing to help, especially when we were in a stressful situation. We really appreciated it and are so grateful to have found them. Highly recommend this garage!

I had never been here before. But I recently moved to Union and decided to give it a try for the convenience. All I needed was an oil change. They told me $136. I told them no thanks I’ll pass. They told me to wait to check if they could give me any discounts… after waiting 5 minutes they told me $78. Uhmm…okay thanks, but very questionable. Ended up getting the service here. I go to pick up my car, which is white. Grease hand prints everywhere, driver door, hood… even passenger door… Uhmm why? I go to drive my car to leave… my hands full of grease. I have a plush charm on the side of my steering wheel, you guessed it, full of grease. Safe to say I won’t be getting my car serviced here again.
