  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Enterprise Mobility. I rented and paid extra for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter specifically to transport 15 passengers on a planned trip. During our travels, the vehicle suffered a mechanical failure and went into reduced-power mode, making it unable to operate at normal speeds. When I contacted Enterprise for assistance, I clearly explained that I had 15 passengers in the vehicle and that the van was not functioning properly. To my surprise, I was instructed to drive the malfunctioning vehicle approximately four miles at only 5 mph. I expressed concerns that this was unsafe and could create a traffic hazard, but the recommendation remained the same. After spending hours on the phone with customer service and supervisors, Enterprise was unable to provide a comparable replacement vehicle. Instead of another passenger van, we were forced to split our group into two separate vehicles, completely disrupting our travel plans. What concerns me most is not that the vehicle broke down—mechanical issues can happen. My biggest concern is how the situation was handled. Customer safety should always come first, especially when transporting a large group. I paid for an upgraded vehicle and did not receive the service or experience I paid for. The breakdown, delays, inconvenience, and lack of an appropriate replacement significantly impacted our trip. I expected much better from a company of Enterprise’s size and reputation. I hope Enterprise reviews its roadside assistance procedures and prioritizes customer safety and service in the future.

  Unfortunately, I usually have a very good experience here, but this time was different. I was picked up after dropping off my car for repairs through an insurance claim, only to find that there was just one rental vehicle available and it was outside my budget. I was willing to wait a day or two for a more affordable option, which was perfectly fine. However, I was then told that I could not be driven home, even though I live only a short distance from the office. The lack of flexibility and options offered was disappointing, especially given the positive experiences I’ve had here in the past.
