- JMJ ManMay 13, 20261.0Terrible service in Union, look at this crap they pushed on my daughter, was told you can change the car anytime you want if your not happy. Was not happy, went back one hour later to exchange car and got nothing but a runaround, used every excuse not to change car. Had to wait 2 days and to a other local enterprise with much better service and a brand new truck. Do not deal with Vincent at union location.. total corporate joker
- KSKhrystle SmithMay 8, 20261.0This use to be my favorite location to rent from but lately the past year or so it’s been nothing but mishaps with them … cars are extremely dirty inside and out, no gas in vehicles even tho I made my reservation WEEKS ago why wasn’t my car ready upon arrival is just crazy to me. Vincent ppl skills as a manager is to be desired.. very dry, don’t take accountability for the short comings of His location, I have had to bring vehicles back after 10mins of driving cause of smoking smells and crazy sounds of the vehicle… I like the company but this location might be a wrap for me….. question do I get reimbursed for the car wash I have to get due to server allergies?
