  Leo is just one of the best technicians and compassionate employees I have ever met in my life. I was freaked out about the issues with my vehicle not starting. He explained everything to me and gave me options as a truly knowledgeable professional. Thanks Leo I wish you can read this from the Nissan Rogge 2019 owner you served today.   I had a great experience at this AutoZone thanks to Ronald. He is very friendly, respectful, and truly went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. My family and I really appreciate his effort and professionalism.   Normally I never have too many issues but this last episode has my attention. I went in a couple of weeks ago to get oil and a filter and a couple of odds and ends, now I knew exactly what oil I had to have so I picked that out, however finding a filter was challenging. I asked the person at the counter for help, and ended up getting the wrong one. So today I found out the hard way that it would not work, having tried to install it and not knowing it was wrong I got curious. First of all, the filter in the box was not what it said it was in the box, So I looked up the filter number and it was not what fit my vehicle, frustrated is a good way to put it. So I used my other car to run back and try and get the right filter, only to find there was not one single filter at the store I could use. I found a different parts store a few miles away and they had exactly what I needed. I just want to get someone’s attention about this matter, please try and stock your shelves with commonly needed items.
