  Exceptional service from the staff. They were very knowledgeable in the parts I needed for my car and when I was having trouble putting in the battery myself Hannibal came out and helped me with no problem! He was extremely professional and friendly, I would highly suggest coming here if you want to make getting the parts for your car a breeze.

  This was the first AutoZone in over 10 years where I was actually greeted as I walked in and was immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. That, in and of itself, is enough to keep me coming back to this location for the foreseeable future. Thanks to everyone at Union Autozone and keep it up 👍

  I had a great experience at AutoZone. Ronald went above and beyond to help me find the right brake pads for my vehicle He was knowledgeable patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Thanks to Ronald, the whole process was quick easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back to this AutoZone for future parts and highly recommend asking for Ronald if you need help!

  I had an OUTSTANDING experience at AutoZone. Originally, I came in to buy oil & an oil filter. They helped me find the correct ones, and also helped me find the correct windshield wipers! I figured I'd install the wipers myself in the parking lot, but I quickly realized I had no idea what I was doing. I walked back into the store, without hesitation, one of the employees came outside, installed them for me, and showed me exactly how to do it myself. Before heading home, I decided to top off my oil in the parking lot. That's when the unexpected adventure began. While adding oil to my car, I accidentally locked my keys inside. I went back to the store to ask if they sold anything that could help me unlock my car. Unfortunately, they didn't. Since it was already dark outside, I asked if it would be ok if I waited inside the store for a locksmith. Instead of simply saying yes, one of the employees offered to come outside and see if he could help me get my keys out. He made sure his partner was covering the front of the store while he worked with me, and together we spent a while trying different methods to unlock it. After several unsuccessful attempts, the second employee came outside to help, and the two of them worked together as an incredible team. They refused to give up. At one point, one of them was using his BARE HANDS to create enough space to squeeze the key from inside the car, and it honestly looked painful to watch!! After a lot of persistence & teamwork, they finally got the keys out and we celebrated :D! until we realized the guy STILL had his hands stuck! We all immediately started trying to free him, and in the middle of the chaos he calmly said, "Just open it with the keys!" We had all completely forgotten that we now had the keys LMAO His coworker quickly grabbed them and unlocked the door, saving his partner's fingers. Thankfully, there was no serious injury, just what looked like a few bruises. I was so grateful for everything they did. I tried to pay them and even offered to buy them a drink, but they kindly refused. They helped simply because they genuinely wanted to help. The level of customer service, patience, kindness, and teamwork I experienced that day was truly exceptional!!! They went far above and beyond to help a customer in a stressful situation when they absolutely did not have to. Thank you. You turned what could've been an incredibly frustrating evening into one I'll never forget. Customer service like this is rare, and I'm so grateful for all of your help.
