  Stay away from these people in Turnersville. I rented a car there. The first problem was that they tried to give me a car that smelled like cannabis ; it is inconceivable that they don't inspect the vehicles before handing them over. So, I refused it, and they gave me another one—which was better, but very dirty on the outside and had a gas tank that was less than half full. To top it all off, I returned the car in perfect condition (I paid to have it washed inside and out before returning it), with the gas tank actually *more* than half full—much fuller than it was when they handed it over to me. And finally, the most serious issue: they asked me for a $250 deposit; a few days later, they charged me another $100. Now they are withholding my $350 deposit, telling me I just have to wait for them to refund $306 of it at some unspecified future date. It has already been 15 days, and I am still waiting. It is absolutely outrageous; clearly, someone at that location isn't doing their job. If my money doesn't arrive within the next week, I will have to file a formal complaint or take similar action. What a disappointment dealing with this branch has been. Stay away from there, or you will end up suffering through a long wait for your refund just like I am. Don't ask me to contact you; just be honest and give me back my money. It is unacceptable that you would try to appropriate your customers' deposits—because I can't think of any other reason why it would take this long...

  Absolutely loved the truck, it was fantastic. It was a comfortable ride. I never had a bad experience with enterprise. I absolutely love the people that work there. They are so kind and caring. They check everything out and I couldn't be more. Thankful for having a service like this. Where you can rent a car? That is a good running car to get to a destination and come back. And I wanna thank you guys for being so kind to me and my family.
