  The employees at Mr. Tire on rt 33 is honestly amazing !! As soon as I realized a problem with my tire I brought it right in. The handled my problem and me with the quickness and most patience. If you’re a woman, I trust them 100% to be honest. I’ve been going to them for about 3 years now and they always shoot it straight to me with what needs to be done.

  I made an appointment for 9:30 to have my tire plugged and arrived on time. I was told it would be done “as soon as possible,” but while waiting, I overheard a manager mention that several mechanics had called out and they were short staffed. Unfortunately, this was never communicated to me directly. What I expected to be a quick 30-minute service ended up taking nearly two hours. At one point, I checked on the progress and noticed they were looking under the hood of my car, which was confusing since I only came in for a tire plug. After waiting about an hour and a half, I asked how much longer it would take, and one of the mechanics responded, “I’m about to fix it now,” which made me wonder what had been happening the entire time. To top it off, I was also given an unprompted quote for my brakes when that wasn’t the reason for my visit. I completely understand that staffing issues happen, but better communication and transparency would have made this experience much less frustrating. Waiting two hours to get a tire plugged, especially after having an appointment, is ridiculous.
