  Had two new tires put on my Wife's Odyssey a couple of Mondays ago before our drive down to Orlando for our big Family vacation. Decided to check the tire pressure the morning after we made it down and the rear passenger tire, one of the brand new ones, was about 6 psi low. Reset pressure, took pressure again the next morning, same thing. Didn't see or feel anything in the tire itself that punctured it, so it had to be one of two things, bad bead, or bad valve stem. After the trip back up and multiple trips to various air pumps along the way, I called Mr. Tire, was told to bring the van in ASAP. They took the keys, took a look, fixed the bad valve stem, even replaced the sensor and wouldn't take a dime for the work. I gave the tech my last 5$ in cash, since Disney and Buc-ees wiped me clean otherwise, and was on my way. It's nice to know there's an honest business out there, one who will go above and beyond for their clients without question. These guys definitely have a disciple in me and will be seeing my vehicles again next time I need tires or something else done that they can fix. Thanks Fellas, much appreciated. 🤘

  At the last 20 mins of closing time I arrived with a flat and the boss man John didnt hesitate to give me service, I recommend this place 100%.

  This was a terrible experience. I booked an appointment online. Only for the price to be jacked up 300 dollars when I came there. So I get the price down about $200. Drop $350 CASH for an appointment 3 days later. 3 days later and no tires, time wasted. And to add insult to injury no cash refunds. It's literally 5 days later and still no check from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked with FIRESTONE online. No surprise price hike and the tires were in-stock and installed THE SAME DAY. And it was $80 cheaper than the price for the new tires. Mr. Tire was TRASH. Don't waste your time or money with them. It's a terrible experience.

  Dañaron los rines de mi carro cuando pusieron las llantas nuevas. Hice el reclamo y nunca respondieron ni por cambiar los rines ni con el dinero. Pésimo. No es la primera vez que sucede algún inconveniente aquí. Esto daña la confianza con el cliente
