  Used this location for a family trip to South Carolina. They had the vehicle I requested and had a quick pick up and drop off process. Worked with Jay on the drop off. Super friendly store manager. Runs a good operation.

  It's a bit snug, but J. really helped me out. I'm not a fan of SUVs, and he had a few other choices. I went with a Honda. The return was great too. I can't remember the young guy's name, but I went to school with his uncle, Mr. Plunkett. They even offer courtesy rides. One super important thing, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, please, please, please add a drop-off box. There are so many ways to do it – fence it in, make it metal, put a slot in the door. I won't share my other ideas, I might want to get paid for those. Lol.

  The Customer Service Gentlemen were phenomenal. They were attentive and polite. They washed the car before we took it and it had gas in it. The car was easy to drive and it was a great car, it was a wonderful experience. Enterprise gave back to us our initial payment of $ 50.00 for gas. I would highly recommend Enterprise on N. Olden Ave for all rental needs.

  The 1571 N Olden Trenton NJ location is where we rented from and the customer service was excellent. We had an issue with the vehicle turning off and stopped at another enterprise at the Burlington location which was the closest one to us at the moment and we needed a replacement as soon as possible since we were on our way out of state , and the customer service was not good , they did not offer any help but had us sitting outside in the vehicle for almost an hour as we tried to make all the phone calls around the area looking for a replacement car when they could have at least offered other vehicles available or at least attempt to make a phone call to there other locations and help us out. We took it upon ourselves to drive back to Trenton location and they helped us out right away and were so kind and accommodating . If I would have went to the Burlington location first I would probably never rent again from Enterprise but because of the excellent customer service I received from the Trenton location I would go back there to tent next time . Thank you to the Trenton team at N olden Ave for helping me and my family out with the replacement we had a smooth trip thereafter.

  I had a great experience with this location. I usually use the one on Route 1 but will forever go here. Staff that work here are super nice and helpful. Thank you!!!
