  was a little worried going with safelite to replace my glass because of the negactive reviews but glad to say my experience was excellent and had no issues. staff was good and communicative and car was done after 2 hours like they said it would be. Also installation went well no damage to the car. would recommend!

  Safelite was absolutely amazing! The technician was professional, friendly, and so polite. My windshield was replaced on my truck in less than two hours, at my home. I would recommend safelite to anyone, who needs a windshield replacement.

  The tech that came out called ahead, almost Two hours before the Scheduled time to ensure we had coverage of the vehicle since it was raining out. He had a couple of options in case we didn’t, but all worked out so well. He was so knowledgeable friendly, and did such a great job explaining everything. He made the whole experience so simple.

  Terrible experience. NJM sent them out to replace the back window on my suv. While replacing the window the service tech, who was very nice, somehow got glass or broke my latch to my hatch and made it not open. While trying to get the hatch open from inside the car he dented the exterior of the hatch all over. So now car is at the body shop and I am in a rental car all because of Safelite. Catherine from the Toms River office kept telling the service tech to keep trying, even though he dented my car already. Then she was suppose to reach out to me the next day and she did not till two days later. I know if my employee messed up someone’s car I would make it a point to reach out to the customer the next day right when I got into the office. Horrible experience all around will never recommend Safelite nor use them again.

  Safelite was awesome. The technician that came out to replace my windshield was top notch. He was on time did a bang up Job taking that glass out. We had threatening clouds and he wanted to get that job done. Made the Carr immaculate after he left cleaning it. I am very happy with Safelite and I’ll always keep using it and recommended to anybody that’s listening to me
