I’ve been going to the Mavis in Toms River for over 10 years, and I’ve seen a lot of changes in management over the years. I have to say, though, the current team is by far the best! I drop off my car knowing it’s in good hands, and that peace of mind means a lot. I never feel pressured into buying anything or getting unnecessary services. Instead, I genuinely feel like they’re there to help me and make sure my car is being properly taken care of.

Every time I make an appointment for an oil change I end up waiting an hour and a half before they even take my car back. I don’t know why I thought to give them another chance. Ended up leaving before receiving my scheduled service.

Horrible! I wouldn't let these idiots fix my bicycle! 3 visits for three different issues, they took my money on a front end alignment they botched on my jeep that is lifted, the manager told me on the return visit they should of never touched it because they do not have the equipment to align lifted vehicles, then took it in for balancing, they didn't balance 2 of my tires, and the whole point of this appointment was to balance and rotate, I marked my front tires and sure enough, they were put back on the front! Do not take your vehicles there, they are clueless and apparently they think everyone else is also! Trash!

Staff was rude and constantly talked over customers. My partner went to get new tires, insisted the car needed an oil change as well. So they changed the oil, only for the car to be COMPLETELY out of oil 2 months later almost blowing my motor because of these idiots. On top of that they didn’t even balance my tires out right after paying for it and had to get it done somewhere else. So many other tire shops near by go to those.
