Made a 12pm appointment for an oil change.
Dropped the car off exactly at noon. Asked how long it would be. Was told hour and a half to two hours. Fair enough. Walked to get some lunch. Came back an hour and forty five minutes later and the car hasn’t even been taken back yet. Was told it should be “one of the next ones” to go back. After about ten minutes decided it wasn’t worth any more of my time and left. Please set better expectations. If I had been told 2 to 3 hours at least I could have rescheduled from the start.

My experience was good even though they were extremely busy. I offered to go to another shop to offer them some relief and did leave, but Nick called the other store to make sure they could handle it.
