My family has been purchasing vehicles from Lester Glenn since 1956 when Lester Glenn sold Buicks. This is my second visit to their Subaru dealership. All my other vehicles came from their Buick, GMC original location. I was hoping my previous salesman Seth Leifer was still with Subaru and thankfully he is. I wish all sales associates were like him. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. No pressure and no bull. It is what it is and it’s my choice. Couldn’t be better. Also, this time Brandon was my live version of Subaru instructions for Dummies. He was Great! And of course Will Stefanski the financier of the bunch was very helpful explaining all the additional options you can opt in for or not making it smooth sailing. I highly recommend Lester Glenn Subaru and ask for Seth! I love my new Ascent!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Seth while purchasing my brand-new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek. I’m completely obsessed with my new car — especially the color — but what made this purchase so special was the experience Seth gave me from beginning to end.
I came into this process under circumstances I never expected. After recently being involved in a car accident, suddenly having to navigate finding and purchasing a new vehicle was stressful and overwhelming. Seth completely understood that. He never made me feel rushed, pressured, or like I was just another sale. Instead, he was incredibly patient, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping me find something I loved while also respecting the budget I was comfortable with.
What stood out to me most was Seth’s kindness. He is clearly a hardworking, genuine family man, and that came through in every interaction I had with him. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, answer my questions, work through different options with me, and make sure I felt confident and excited about my decision. His patience and understanding meant more to me than he probably realizes, especially during what had already been a stressful time.
Buying a new car should be exciting, and Seth made sure that despite the circumstances that brought me there, I was still able to have that experience. Instead of remembering this purchase as something I had to do because of an accident, I’ll remember how excited I felt driving away in a beautiful new Crosstrek that I absolutely love.
I am genuinely so grateful that Seth was my sales representative. Great customer service is one thing, but being treated with kindness, patience, and compassion when you really need it is something you remember. What makes Seth stand out even more is that his customer service didn’t end once I drove off the lot. Even after the sale was complete, he has continued to make himself available whenever I have a question or need anything. Knowing I can still reach out to him and that he is just as willing to help now as he was before the sale says so much about the type of salesperson — and person — he is. That kind of care is rare, and it is genuinely appreciated.
Thank you, Seth, for going above and beyond and turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience. You made me feel taken care of throughout the entire process, and I’m incredibly grateful I had you in my corner.

I learned a lot from this dealership experience. With past vehicle purchases, all of the transactions felt fair and simple. Lester Glenn Subaru, unfortunately, did not unfold that way.
1. They undervalued my trade-in. Kelley Blue Book and CarFax both recommended similar trade-in values, but Lester Glenn undercut those numbers by $3,000.
2. When I requested to leave and walk away from negotiation after that unserious trade-in offer, Lester Glenn pressured me to stay (hours) until I said yes.
3. When the purchase wrapped up after closing, all hospitality ended and I was rushed out of the door, so fast that I was not handed the primary key fob.
4. When I notified the sales team that I was only given one fob, there was no responsibility taken by Lester Glenn. They claimed they left the fob in the cupholder, insinuating that I misplaced it.
5. I did file a complaint with Subaru of America, but after a full month Lester Glenn Subaru would not take responsibility for not giving me the primary key fob.
All in all, this was the worst experience I've had with a dealership. It has definitely tainted my perception of the Subaru brand and I can't fully enjoy my new car which I did want beforehand.
For anyone planning on a new car purchase with Lester Glenn Subaru, please maintain the strength to walk away from a bad deal and learn from my mistake. Also, ensure you have both keys IN HAND before leaving the dealership to avoid a $900 replacement fee.

It was an absolute pleasure going to Lester Glenn. Kathleen was my service advisor and she was the most helpful and genuine person! She worked with me to help find the issues with my car and was determined to get everything fixed. Kerry, the service manager, was another amazing and helpful person! He made sure the work done was up to standard and done correctly. They both called and texted with updates and timelines the entire 3 weeks my car was being worked on. I truly was so happy with the experience I had!

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. My father has been bringing his Subaru here for nearly a decade, and they have been consistently wonderful every single time!
Today, I brought my own Subaru in for a few things, including an electronic parking brake issue that was covered under an extended warranty. They took care of it without hesitation, without trying to tack on unnecessary services, and made the entire process incredibly easy. It was such a refreshing experience to feel like I could simply explain the issue, have it taken seriously, and trust that it would be handled correctly.
Their service department has always been kind, straightforward, and professional, which is exactly why my family has continued coming back for so many years. Even though I no longer live in New Jersey, I’ll absolutely continue bringing my car here for service whenever I’m in town visiting my parents. It’s worth it to go somewhere I genuinely trust. Highly recommend!
