John Van Pelt sold me my first car ever. He was so friendly, informative, and personable. Thanks to him, I am a proud lester glenn mazda customer. I highly recommend paying him a visit, definitely the way to go!
I had an excellent experience purchasing my CX-90. Arnold was incredibly informative, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. The dealership as a whole was very professional, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Had a very pleasant, easy time purchasing a new car and trading mine in. Mike Shimak was my representative and was extremely helpful, adapted to my needs, and also gave me tips to help speed up and ease the process of everything. Very transparent with all the numbers and the steps involved with the entire process.

Im officially done with dealerships they all lie. Try to find an honest dealership that won't lie to your face or buy private your better off!
I leased two cx-90's on the same day and was told by the finance guys "Since im leasing two cars In one day" that they would add extras to my car such as dent and ding coverage plus wheel and tire but of course in typical car dealer fashion they decide to be deceptive and lie to my face but never add the coverage. Im 47 years old and have never had a full positive experience from a dealer and was hoping this would be different but NO! Just like every other car dealership they are filled with liars. Im buying private from now on! They said I only got "free oil changes" lol ill be going elsewhere for service im done with liars.

Horrible experience. The sales rep and sales manager are very disrespectful, we dealt with Michael Ruvo. The car we saw had a check engine light on, and we knew it because of the battery. The car is Certified which raises a lot of questions.
We requested a guarantee that the battery is good, and Mikey said he can't do that -what kind of guarantee you want.
We said put it in writing (in the contract / email) that the battery is going to be good atleast until tomorrow.
He replied and I quote "What do you want? Do you want me to write in crayons that the battery is okay?", then he proceed to write in a piece of paper 'Battery is A okay :)'
Then, we went and checked the car, it won't turned on.
The battery was dead. It was NOT A okay.
With the disrespect and the dead car, obviously we're not buying the car. Watch out for Mikey's writing in crayons.
