From the moment I met Mike Shimak, he greeted me with a smile, was incredibly friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. Mike understood that my situation depended on my insurance settlement, and he never pressured me into buying a car. Instead, he patiently walked us through the entire process and worked with us while we waited for the insurance payout. He explained everything clearly from start to finish and was always available to answer questions from the first day until we drove off the lot. Thank you, Mike, for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Your professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference.   My daughter stopped here today looking for a car. She fell in love with a CX-30 her salesman John V was great explained everything about the car and made the process so easy. Finance was great to they explained the warranty options and found the best deal for her when it came down to getting the car loan. After having not such a great time looking for a car I’m so glad when she made her list of places to go this one was number one.
