I came in to explore the preowned inventory and this is the only dealership where I was able to walk around on my own without being hounded. The sales rep simply said "let me know if you need me to open anything" ..and left me be. I was able to take my time and think on my own.. Afterwards the sales reps were able to help me pick out the perfect vehicle for my needs. I ended up purchasing a 2023 Kia Sorrento SX with only 12,000 miles for an incredibly fair price. I never would've imagined myself owning a Kia but it turned out to be an impressively excellent vehicle that I am proud to own. Was a streamline pleasure working with the team down at Lester Glen Hyundai in toms River.. In fact, I don't think it could've went in any smoother. I will Certainly be back! And when you stop in, ask for Karen, she's absolutely the best!

My car buying experience at Lester Glenn Hyundai of Toms River was like no other. Upon arriving, I was greeted immediately by Lou Cipriani, who asked all the right questions to target my search and ensure its success. Lou has the perfect blend of professionalism and personality to secure my confidence while at the same time feeling as if i was talking with a friend. His expertise, knowledge and experience shines through. Once the Perfect Car was located, manager Jerry Ojeda joined the conversation to seamlessly fit the price into my budget. The pressure-free environment continued throughout the entire transaction. After coming into agreement with the terms, my wife and I were introduced to Ryan Johnson in finance. He efficiently explained my options and procured an amazing interest rate for my loan! I wasn’t planning on getting another Hyundai. I went into the dealership with a mindset that I was going to switch car companies. I met Binish and right off the bat he was very friendly. He started off asking me what I wanted and needed in a car and we went from there. He let me test drive one of the cars and as we were going back to the dealership, I shared my feelings about a previous Hyundai I had and encouraged me to still drive the car and be comfortable in it. He spent nearly 7 hours with me (yes, a long time!) but he wasn’t rushing me in deciding on a car. Yes, the question “what can we do for you to get you in a new car” came up (as it usually does) but while thinking, this time, I did not feel rushed and it was MY decision to go forward with a new Santa Fe (as opposed to last time where I felt rushed). Binish had a friendly demeanor and you can tell he truly enjoys speaking with people in general and we swapped stories about our lives and families. At the end of the day, yes, he needs to make a living like we all do, but I could tell that he wouldn’t put someone or a family in a Hyundai that he felt unsafe if he didn’t put his own family in one. Sorry I didn’t ring the bell Binish - I don’t like the spotlight on me! LOL!
