  BEWARE OF THIS DEALER this service department is horrible i brought my truck in because it had 1 tire sensor issue it now has 4 tire sensor issues that they caused during service, they were suppose to put it thru the warranty and call me back to fix them its been a month i keep calling weekly for an update and STILL NO ANSWERS! THEY REFUSE TO CALL ME BACK i will be driving to freehold going forward rather than deal with terrible customer service

  I have used this dealership for all of my maintenance and repairs for 8 years since purchasing my Denali. I am sad to say I will move my business to another dealer. Horrible customer service! Would not recommend purchasing or having maintenance done on your vehicle at Lester Glenn

  I want to start by saying I bought 6 cars from the Lester Glenn family of dealerships over the years. The deciding factor is their service departments. especially the GMC location on Route 37 Toms River. They are professional, they have listened to my concerns, accurately repaired my vehicles without needed to return due to misdiagnosis of the problem. Recently I was in for service and had a better visit than normal. A shout out to my service advisor Jeanne, tech Anthony and the service director Mike for all of their help making my visit quick and painless!

  Outstanding service! We’re Canadians who broke down with our truck and travel trailer on our way home, and we truly couldn’t have asked for better people to help us through such a stressful situation. Michael took care of us from the very beginning and did absolutely everything he could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. He made sure we had electricity, water, access to a restroom, popcorn for the kids, and coffee for the adults. Most importantly, he made sure we were as comfortable as possible while dealing with our truck breakdown. The entire team went above and beyond. Everyone worked together, stayed late, rushed to get the necessary part delivered in just one day, and did everything possible to get us safely back on the road. Just two days later, we were finally able to continue our trip home safely—all thanks to this amazing team. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care meant the world to us during a very difficult time. We will be forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
