  Great dealership to work! Extremely professional and low pressure buying experience. I worked with Jennifer who was fantastic to work with! Jerry and Ryan made it an easy process as well! I highly recommend this dealership.

  I have had it up to my EARS with this Disgusting Dealership!! Totally unresponsive, totally incompetent and a complete WASTE of Money!! A simple 1st time oil change was a Complete Disaster!! Oil was low, fluids NOT topped off. Tires NOT Rotated or pressures checked, mud on the floor boards And a tiny scratch on the drivers door!!!! Why???? Tried contacting the manager 6 TIMES with Zero response!!!!! I will be Canceling my service contract Immediately!!! Horrific and Infuriating!

From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell this dealership takes pride in providing a superior customer experience. A huge thank you to Jerry Taylor, General Manager, Gregg Harris in Finance, and Michael Armarando in Sales for making the entire sales process easy, professional, and enjoyable. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure we were completely satisfied. As great as the sales experience always is, we also have to recognize their FANTASTIC service department! A special thank you to Mike Hawkes, Service Manager, and his wonderful staff. They consistently provide outstanding service, excellent communication, and always make you feel like a valued customer. And one more thing that deserves mentioning—this is hands down one of the cleanest dealerships we have ever visited! The entire facility is immaculate, organized, and welcoming. From sales and finance to service, Lester Glenn GMC does it right. Great people, great service, and a dealership that truly takes care of its customers. Highly recommend!

  BEWARE OF THIS DEALER this service department is horrible i brought my truck in because it had 1 tire sensor issue it now has 4 tire sensor issues that they caused during service, they were suppose to put it thru the warranty and call me back to fix them its been a month i keep calling weekly for an update and STILL NO ANSWERS! THEY REFUSE TO CALL ME BACK i will be driving to freehold going forward rather than deal with terrible customer service

  I have used this dealership for all of my maintenance and repairs for 8 years since purchasing my Denali. I am sad to say I will move my business to another dealer. Horrible customer service! Would not recommend purchasing or having maintenance done on your vehicle at Lester Glenn
