Purchased my last vehicle here, and the service was outstanding. Everyone who assisted throughout the day, Sales, Sales Manager, General Manager, and Finance Manager, was excellent and knowledgeable. All questions answered, and concerns addressed. Thank you. I still visit this location for service on my vehicle, and the service department is excellent as well. Thank you.

Horrific! Love the owner and all employees except for Jeanne . Good thing she is in service not in sales. There were mistakes made by me, like not looking in my junk box. Although Jeanne lied as well saying she was emailing me and calling days before. She said she emailed me multiple times since that Monday. Guess what? I’ve looked at a back on everything in my phone voicemail text messages. She started on Wednesday and I got four and this all started today right at noon Well she has hers records and so do I!
I wear my heart on my sleeve and can call myself out . Not Jeannie. I was paying on a company credit card online per the policy if you were not paying on site. It just would not work with the online payments. The owner of a 70 year old company then got on the phone and was willing to wire , give company cc over the phone. Well, that wasn’t good enough for Jeannie ( per the CFO). That’s when I found Ryan the sales manager, who was A total professional.
Make it happen , fix it, the customer is always right. He was able to guide and walk Bob and I through everything. We got it all accomplished in 3 1/2 to 4 hours of myself sitting there waiting like a jerk for someone as incompetent as Jeanne to guide my way ! learned my lesson.
So Ryan got everything straightened out the bill got paid . We had hiccups but he stuck right by Bob and I, no no no no no problem at all whatsoever. Once it went through with the glitch that took like I said almost 4 hours.. Then I went on my merry little way in late afternoon to go home in my vehicle. Well, I didn’t even get 2 miles up the road and I stopped at a Wawa to get some water and a snack in me because I was there for so long, I didn’t need any lunch and I discovered all this transmission fluid just flowing underneath my car so I shut it off. I immediately called Jeannie and you wanna know what she told me to do. Here’s the kicker everyone !
She told me just to drive it back. There is nothing else she could do that was absolutely it without even saying, give me a few minutes and let me see if I can figure out something. No nothing that was my option. That’s when I really got other people on the phone and then they answered as a professional would! They towed me and they gave me a rental back for me to use. I would never ever ever in 1 million years go to that girl ever ever ever ever ever again. I love Lester when I would definitely buy another car for them, but I would never deal with that girl. She should really be a cashier. She shouldn’t even be at a desk at the service department talking to people. Thank God she’s not in sales again. Lester Glenn would have problems with her.. I’ve been in sales my entire career and very rarely do I come across such incompetent people such as her I’m 65 and she’s probably I don’t even know what age I’m not even gonna say, cause she may file a lawsuit on me. That would be highly typically of her. She’s gonna find a way to get something out of this
Stay away from Jeanne, if ya know what I’m saying.

The best experience! Go see Mike, our sales rep—you won’t be disappointed. We leased a 2026 GMC pickup truck and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the overall dealership experience.
