  They love you when they are taking your money, but when you have an issue your on your own. Typical car dealers!!!!! Best advice I can give when buying a new or used car: if you have good credit secure your loan with your bank. If you plan on financing through the dealership know your credit score before you walk through the door. When the salesman asks you how much are you comfortable with per month don't answer him it's a trick. Negotiate the price of the car on paper and have the salesmen initial that paper next to the agreed figure. Never let them know that you already secured financing while you're negotiating the price. Now when you walk into the finance office (which you don't need) you hold all the cards. Extended warranties are great but don't be pressured to buy one at the time of the sale, it's not necessary. You have a grace period to get one, take the time to research the reputable companies out there, ideally before you go to the dealer. Remember the dealer makes money off of these warranties they will always recommend the warranty that gives them the most return. Believe it or not they need you more then you need their car. Always be ready to walk out at any time throughout this process. Remember they are there to get as much of your money as possible they are not your friends!!!! The salesman will usually play one spouse against the other. This applies to all dealers not just Lester Glenn.

  My husband and I went to look for a Jeep Wrangler at Lester Glenn with a specific color and in mind, not knowing what each model has to offer. That’s when we met Chris Condello our sales consultant. He went in to detail on every model and then asked what we were actually looking for from a jeep. We weren’t sure of all the models, I just knew a color and it needed to be flat towed behind an RV. Chris is a no pressure sales rep and left us with a lot of knowledge and thoughts of which model. So in the showroom sits a beautiful white jeep with black leather interior, big beautiful tires the complete look I wanted but with a very big price. Chris gave us all the details of this high performance off roader. It is a very impressive vehicle. To make a long story short this beauty is sitting in my garage!
