    Frank G. made the entire car-buying experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. He answered every question honestly, was extremely patient, and made sure I felt confident throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his communication and attention to detail, no pressure, no games, just excellent customer service from start to finish. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and personable car salesman, I highly recommend asking for Frank G. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.     We are beyond frustrated and disappointed with our experience at Lester Glenn Jeep regarding our 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE battery/safety issue. This is now the SECOND time our vehicle has abruptly stopped in the middle of the road and had to be towed back to the dealership. A vehicle shutting down while driving is not just inconvenient — it is a serious safety issue. We no longer feel safe driving this vehicle. What makes this even worse is that this is a KNOWN issue with Jeep 4XE vehicles, yet instead of helping us find a safe resolution, Lester Glenn Jeep has shown little concern for our safety or for keeping us as customers. We have purchased 5 Jeep vehicles in the past, but based on this experience, we will no longer be purchasing Jeeps going forward. We attempted to work with the Sales department to get out of this unsafe vehicle, but the offer we received was extremely low and there was no meaningful effort to help us. After spending this kind of money on a Jeep, we expected accountability, concern, and customer support — not to be brushed aside while dealing with a vehicle that repeatedly fails on the road. Management at Lester Glenn Jeep needs to step up and take these safety concerns seriously. What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency, support, and accountability regarding a problem that could easily have resulted in an accident. Instead of feeling like valued customers, we feel dismissed and stuck with a vehicle we no longer feel safe driving. We expected much more from a dealership that promotes itself as family-focused and customer-centered. We hope management takes this issue seriously before someone gets hurt. Bill & Kim Larsen

    Had minor issue at first but was fixed and I’m beyond happy, i had some issues with my plates and such but after getting in touch with ed who is in charge of sales, Tommy who is the GM and Jorge the Finace manager, my whole experience changed, these gentleman are top tier honest guys who genuinely wanted to make the issues i experienced better because they care about the customer and doing right by them. Ed and Tommy not only fixed everything but they took the time to talk to me on the phone connecting about life and everything else and pulled me in their office when i went back talking about everything you can think of genuine guys who cared about being honest and doing the right thing. Guys you’d go have beer with. 100% will be back when needing a new vehicle.

    If I had to recommend anything, it would be do your research and deal with the transaction yourself and avoid going to a dealership at all. Stop letting these dealerships get away with ripping you off left and right. That being said, I’m giving a 1-star rating for this dealership specifically for the lack of and poor communication. Every time I call with an issue, I get rerouted to somebody else, almost as if they are constantly pushing the problem off to somebody else. Each time, I am told something different. I had two employees here tell me my lease came with scratch repair, then when I went to get a small, tiny scratch repaired, I suddenly “didn’t have” the coverage. Even after I was told word for word “you have scratch repair” from a service member, and it is part of the lease contract. On top of that, they didn’t submit my coverage correctly, and the third party coverage they work with didn’t have the same tier that the dealership had. Their solution? For me to call them just for that insurance company to have me tell the dealership to call them and figure it out since it was out of my control. I didn’t get any of these answers until I talked to them in person. Every time they told me they will call me back (easily over 20 times), I got no call back except for them trying to get me to come in and “take a look at their last minute deals” so they can rip me off again. Even while I’m writing this review, I’m about to call them back since they once again have not called me back after telling me they will call me first thing in the morning, around 9:00am. It’s 1:30pm now.
