  We leased a new vehicle from Lester Glenn Dodge Jeep Ram in Toms River on August 7 and traded in our previous vehicle, which had substantial equity that was supposed to be refunded to us. Obtaining that refund has been an absolute nightmare. The delay itself is frustrating, but the much bigger issue has been the lack of communication and the constantly changing explanations. I have made multiple calls to multiple people at the dealership and routinely receive no response or return call. It seems the only way to actually get an answer is to physically go to the dealership—and every time we do, there is a different story about what is causing the delay. Last week, we were told there was an issue with the payoff on our previous vehicle and that it had not been executed correctly. That explanation did not make sense, so I downloaded the transaction ledger directly from the lender. Their records show that the payoff was completed in a timely manner. Now, as of today, we are being told there is an issue with the title. At this point, I have very little confidence in the explanations we are being given. A processing delay is one thing. Failing to return repeated calls while providing changing explanations that do not appear to line up with the information available to us is something entirely different. We completed this transaction on August 7. We should not have to repeatedly call, physically visit the dealership, and investigate their explanations ourselves just to receive money owed to us from the transaction. I will update this review if and when the dealership resolves the situation.

  Brought my car in for a service and Marc was excellent. He was so polite, patient, and helpful. He recommended I do some maintenance to my car but wasn’t pushy at all. I appreciated him being so flexible with me taking work calls as he was trying to get everything situated for my oil change. Thanks Marc!

  I had a fantastic experience with Lester Glenn. My salesman was Chris Condello. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and really worked with me to finalize a deal on my new 2026 RAM 1500. He was very patient and quickly responded to all questions. Chris made the process extremely easy. I also dealt with Brian from the finance department and he was equally excellent.
