- MSMichael SimioneAug 10, 20261.0The worst car rental experience I ever had. I reserved a vehicle for 11am on a Saturday. I had to wait 25 minutes before I was helped. After they checked the car, I had a wait another 20 minutes for them to clean the car. The car was disgusting when they gave it to me. It was filthy, the inside was wet and smelled like chemicals. I asked for an EZ Pass, they told me not to worry they just charge my card on file. They leave out there will be a service charge. I got the vehicle home and called about my concerns. I was yelled at by an employee named Chris. Who cut me off every sentence and would not allow me to talk. I have called the 800 customer service number twice. Both time I was told I would here form the REGIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM. It's been over 3 weeks and I have heard from NO ONE. I would not recommend going to this office. At this point I don't think I would recommend using Enterprise.

A customer arrived at the store and complained that they needed more workers however he handled the chaos and that nasty guys attitude with grace. He deserves a promotion he help my mother in law with her rental rsvp very efficient.

- KAKaren AJul 22, 20265.0Rt 37 Enterprise Rent A Car was helpful last minute with a car after a problem with a personal car. Couldn't have asked for better people. They cleaned the car I chose, gassed it up, and had me on my way in less than half an hour with other customers being helped as well. What great staff.
