  The staff at the Toms River, rt 9 office are so pleasant, congenial and courteous. I'm a frequent monthly flyer and have always been treated with respect and friendliness. Great crew and your practice of picking up and bringing back your customers is a plus. I just wished they had the courtesy rides on Saturday. I was told I should have been asked to have a membership to attain some discounts and other perks. I forgot to ask about the membership this time around. Can they be reminded for next time? A great crew.

  Our experience was good: this was a very efficient location where the staff were able to get us the vehicle quickly and get us on the road smooth. The location also communicated well with us.

  We love Enterprise and it is the only rental company we use. Our positive experiences with the company are the reason we maintain a corporate account. Unfortunately, returning a one-way rental to this location was not a pleasant experience. We were helped quickly, but the interaction itself felt condescending, accusatory, and dismissive... very unlike the service we have come to expect from Enterprise. We recognize this may have been the attitude of one representative rather than a reflection of the company as a whole, and it will not change our overall view of Enterprise. However, we would be unlikely to use this particular location again.

  What a great experience. Cal and AJ so kind and professional. They even helped me greatly by picking me up and dropping me off. Definitely recommend using them.
