  I went into AutoZone Store #06043 to pick up a product for some small scratches on my car, and I was assisted by really good people. They were helpful, patient, and made sure I got what I needed. I truly appreciate the great customer service. Thank you so much, AutoZone Store #06043!

  DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The employees seem completely unaware of their own store policies when selling products. Customer service is extremely poor—I waited over 10 minutes for help while one employee had her back turned to me, even after another staff member asked her to assist. The manager was unable to resolve a simple issue on her own, which was very frustrating. Customer service should prioritize the customer first and handle internal matters afterward. There is a clear need for better training across the entire team. This store used to be great when it first opened—staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, there has been a steady decline in service over the past year or so. It now feels poorly managed, and I wouldn’t be surprised if things continue to go downhill. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere and had a much better experience at another auto parts store. I would recommend going to Advance Auto or simply working with your own mechanic—both are far more likely to provide quality service and reliable parts.
