COLE IS THE SWEETEST MOST kind and selfless person ever. I went to advanced bought a battery bc they said theyd put it in for me. Get there he said sorry nothing i can do ( i dont have tools or the skills to be doing all that by myself) i wasnt allowed to turn my car off bc i had to get jumped by roadside this morning its been such a horrible day i called autozone and said will u if i pay you put this in for me cole said im about to go on my break ill do it for you for free. I couldnt find an atm around here so i bought him lunch and put the only cash i had on me in the bag it wasnt much. I wish i could have done more bc this kid doesnt realize how beautiful him taking his entire lunch to help me switch this out did. I almost had to drive 40 mins away to get it done by someone i knew, and he really saved me. Sweetest kid ever. Forever an autozone customer this kid will go far in life, theyre lucky to have him thanks Cole

Apparently lifetime warranty is no longer honored! After about 25 years of spending tens of thousands of dollars on duralast gold parts, they have lost their energy to keep me spending that amount in their stores!

I was coming to New Jersey from New York and while I was on the highway the warning light came on in my car telling me that my brake light was out. I got off the highway. I went to the nearest gas station and asked for help. The man just verified that yes, my brake light was out, but I needed a mechanic, so I looked up where the nearest AutoZone was, and I came to the one on route 37. I received help from the manager Godwin. He couldn’t have been nicer. He was able to see that the brake light was out and he removed it. I bought a new one and he changed it for me. I was telling him that in New York we don’t have many full service gas stations anymore and aside from my mechanic, there is nobody to check fluids, like oil. He said, “Pop the hood!” I did and he checked the oil for me. What a nice thing to do to help this old lady. Thank You.
