  The staff was amazing, polite, and professional which included Landon Aguirre and I believe the other gentleman‘s name was Jay. It felt like I knew them for years!! The Dodge Durango was immaculate and a great ride. The return process was phenomenal and easy, being able to bring it right to the body shop leave it there and have you guys pick it up. I would highly recommend Enterprise in Tenafly, NJ. Appreciate the great service!!

  The people in the shop are always pleasant and helpful. Always with a smile always friendly. The vehicle was in great shape, clean and had a full tank of gas. Always a pleasure at Enterprise in Tenafly!

  I won't be using this enterprise again. I used them twice and the 1st time was good so one extra star. The second time, as other reviews stated they have no fleet so if something is wrong with your reserved car, be prepared to accept those conditions. My 2nd time, I rented a truck it had no cover for the back. Additionally, the truck had a big scratch, a dent and definitely looked abused. I honestly did not care, but the lack of cover is what I mainly wanted to switch for. He said they had no other SUV's. HERE'S WHY I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND. If you're reading these reviews just go to another one. So, when I returned the truck before I left he asked about a dent in the truck and if I had a video. So, you're telling me it's not in your protocols to record the condition? Also you should know this is the worst conditioned one you have. It's not new so there was no reason to ask me. So what happened if I had no video?? Seems like a SCAM??? IDK but not worth the trouble considering lack of cars as others stated and some other complaining about pick up conditions or return issues. Just find ANOTHER.

  The return time was calculated incorrectly. There was an additional fee that was never explained. It was the worst rental car experience.
