  I only use Enterprise for my car rental needs. They will pick me up and drop me off at my house, which comes in handy.

  Heads up for those who don't know. If you rent a car for 5 days their system automatically charges you for a week. Definitely a rip off and shady business practice. Probably thinking most people won't notice. But that's the company's fault not the store front. That being said, I've had nothing but great service at this location. We've rented here multiple times and people have always been very nice and helpful. If you're renting through your insurance for a car accident, or renting under 5 days or more than 7 I would definitely recommend. Anything in between I'm going to Hertz from now on unless that policy changes.

  The rates were very clear and low, and the staff at the counter were extremely polite and helpful. The rental car was practically brand new and gave me absolutely no trouble. I will definitely rent from here again.

  I rented a truck a few days ago because I was gonna go on a camping trip, the confirmation was done and everything, the day I was supposed to pick it up they told me all the cars were taken! WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS?! I HAD ALREADY RESERVED A MINIVAN AND THEY REALLY SAID IT’S ALREADY TAKEN?! I really needed to rent a car at the moment and they are extremely unprofessional! THE SUPPOSED MANAGER WHO IS A COMPLETE JERK AND ARROGANT HAD THE NERVE OF TELLING ME IT WAS MY FAULT AND THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, YOU BETTER DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS JOHNATHAN!

  This is the worst rental place I have seen definitely won’t recommend it This is out of control first time I let it go I make reservation and whe I arrive there was not vehicles available I wait they went to get it I say fine np I make a reservation for today a 3pm they send confirmation and when I was onthe way someone call me telling me they don’t have vehicles available the only thing they do is just apologize but they cause me inconvenience very unprofessional worst ofthe worst
