Five stars to Kevin at Enterprise-Swedesboro for such amazing costumer service!
Recently, while traveling to the Shore for the July 4th weekend, I was in a situation where my car started breaking down on the Commodore Barry Bridge; I ended up stranded* alone* by the toll booth in 106 degree heat! My car was dead, and it was packed filled with *everything* for my family's shore trip. My husband had left earlier in the day with the kids, so they were all a little over an hour away and could not help. So, I quickly located the closest Enterprise, and immediately booked an Uber to get me there. Unfortunately, having been stuck at a random spot on the highway, the Uber was having trouble locating me and closing time was approaching, but Kevin kept in contact the whole time, patiently waited for ETA updates, and had a vehicle waiting for me when I arrived. I was able to transfer all of our belongings into the rental on the side of the road, and continue on my way to the shore safely! My family and I could not be more grateful for the kindness and understanding Kevin showed us, and for the outstanding customer service! Thanks again for saving the day, Kevin!

Needed to rent a van last minute and the guys at this location were amazing. Super easy to work with and I was in and out! Kevin was very kind and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be going back to this location and would recommend!
Everything was great, my orginal car was not at the place yet and i came a couple hours early, so they offered and upgraded for an additional price and it was only about 20 bucks so I was able to get a reasonable price. I was very happy with the staff and the service. I will definitely be going to this location again.

Had a bad experience with this location. Allows you to book for 12 pm but then they close at 12 pm. Called before 12 when I realized this and told them that we were up the street and could they please hold it because it was important. They said they have a 4 minute window after 12 pm, which is understandable. However, we got there 12:02 and the guy turned us away and said their manager locked everything up and won’t accept us. Very rude. Also when we were there the same happened to another lady. She was pulling on the door confused because her reservation was also at 12. I understand that they close at 12, however you should work hard to eliminate the option to pick up at 12 online if you close at 12 and if you see that you have reservations at 12, then you should contact those people. Bad business and bad management. Very disappointed.
