  Attentive friendly staff. Second time using this dealership and we will continue to do so. We felt comfortable that we were getting a good price after shopping around. Never easy buying a new car but in this situation we needed some very specific features to accommodate my daughter’s equestrian business requirements for hauling horses and they were able to help with our requests. It was a great team effort! Thank you! Would not hesitate to use them again.

  The salesman Eddie and the manager Chris are nothing short of exceptional. Eddie is wonderful and before coming into the dealership, over the phone he was patient and genuinely was focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. Chris was extremely supportive and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly with pricing, and made it completely stress-free. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I went home with my dream car and with a great deal! They have a great team over at Nielsen Ford and I’d recommend this dealership to anyone!

  Dan was absolutely fantastic to deal with, professional and easy to deal with, no pressure or stupid sales games..Fred was also great, was extremely helpful and even helped download the Ford app and showed me how to use it and set it up to the truck. Definitely sticking with this dealership!!!!
