  Luis was Grear to deal with, he was upfront with everything and made the buying experience enjoyable. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from the Nielsen group of dealerships (Ford and Kia), I highly recommend both.

  Truck shopping with my son. Louis Pieri was great with handling my son's questions. My son did his first test drive and had his first experience with car shopping. Louis made it a great one with the way he made my son and myself feel comfortable with the process. I definitely will be reaching out to Louis at Nielsen in the future for future car shopping!

  The car on site matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. Good communication via chat with staff for appointment. Car and salesperson was ready to great me with a bottle of water. Friendly and helpful; answered all my questions and patient while I thoroughly looked over the car and all controls. No pressure to buy. I felt that I got a good deal and fair price for my trade in.

  I highly recommend Nielsen Ford. Fred was great. He had everything ready for me so I didn’t have make an extra trip. The management was terrific too.

  Fred Vilche was very helpful , he took time to answer all our questions. Everyone was kind no pressure .I would definitely use Nielsen‘s again for future purchases.
