  Horrible car wash and I don’t recommend anyone go here. I got “the works” which according to their website includes cleaning all parts. I confirmed with the guy on entering the I really need everything so let me know which package I need. After they were done in all of 5 minutes, I noticed little bits of food still stuck in crevasses in back seat, the door jambs inside still spotted with dried up food marks, the inside of cubbies not even vacuumed , the edges of all the windows had the dirt line and when the water dried up, the windows were still spotted. I called the supervisor and he said in “the works” they don’t clean inside door jambs , interior seats and walked away. I will never go here and again and if you care for your money and car, avoid this place . Please see the pictures to understand how horrible the service was- pictures taken 10 mins after wash.

  Customer service and wash quality justified the wait and sun. My little white car got a two week Pigeon Blast™️ parked under the NW in Astoria, and its barnacled body rolled into Team Car Wash Summit for desperate help. Every person I encountered was genuinely kind and motivated and helpful, and the little automotive general store conveniently stocked some supplies I needed. After one pass of The Works™️ a Team member called me to my vehicle to show me the unmistakable moonscape remnants of a Pigeon Blast™️ and with my permission and their apologies they would like to give it The Works™️ again, gratis. So back again my barnacled vessel slowly sailed, the kind Team member acting as my air conditioned Odysseus, while I stood and got a little baked in the respite of a handsome little tree. When the sun had moved a bit more and my small white whale emerged once again from the water tunnel, she was glistening as familiar and new. A quick dry and I resumed my personal existential endeavor, beating my little EV against the waves of collapsing empire—hopefully withOUT being borne back ceaselessly into the past.

  I’ve always had a good experience at Team Car Wash. The staff is efficient, the service is quick, and they do a thorough job cleaning the car compared to many other places I’ve tried. The attention to detail and overall customer experience keep me coming back. Definitely one of the better car wash options in the area.

  I am a unlimited the works member, I have had great customer service here. HOWEREVER the outside staff although very friendly Does not vacuum with any care. cupholders, gear shift area and seats are NEVER clean. I've left with cookies still on the seats ,straw wrappers ect and my mats dripping wet. I almost always have to vacuum at the gas station after as well as clean the interior myself. I do have plenty of photos to support this, which I could not post

  I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve been coming to the summer car wash for 20 years lately. My car has not been wiped in the center or around the steering wheel. I tried to talk to a manager, but I never got a call back. I will not be going there again. I’m so sorry you guys used to be the best. I don’t know what happened. Your staff needs to be trained and supervised for $30. That’s a shame.
