  A little disappointed. Wash was $39… it was SO rushed. Theres a ton of staff, but so much was overlooked. The inside of my vehicle is still extremely dirty. Poor vacuum job. For the price, i believe the cars should be worked on a tad bit longer.

  Alejandra is the best worker you guys have. I had an issue that was actually my fault and she was super patient and accommodating. She helped me get to the bottom of my problem. She was very polite and nice and sweet. Keep her, she’s an amazing staff. Truly. In a world where customer service is lacking tremendously, she was a breath of fresh air.

  Awful. After tipping, I got into my car and saw the seats hadn’t even been fully wiped down. Can’t even tell the interior of the car was cleaned. Zero effort is put into these services. Such a shame that Team Car Wash has purchased all of the car washes in the surrounding area and they’ve all gone totally downhill.

  Over the many years I have used Team Car Wash in Summit, I have had a good experience from the hard working staff, so this review is an anomaly...today was not great and the "finishing" team did not dry off the back of my car, did not dry off the running boards on my Range Rover, and left water marks on the gear shift console...I hope this review helps to correct these one-off mistakes.

  I paid for their top service “the works” and aside from my mats, which were soaking wet, the inside was untouched- seats not vacuumed, dust on dash, cup holders uncleaned. I have company coming so now I have to either clean it on my own or take it somewhere else and pay a second time to have it cleaned. Now looking at it he reviews, this seems to be a common issue, not an occasional one off.
