  This place is racist towards black people do not go here !! Me and my wife booked a rental for my bday with them for 3 days , but when it was time to give the car back the manager told us all we have to do was park at the back of the parking lot he didn’t tell us nothing else , so my wife did exactly what he said so later on they said we didn’t park in the right spot when everyone ( other whites people ) parked wherever they wanted but they went on and charged us a extra 120 dollars and lied and said she didn’t park in the right spot when they told us all we had to do is park in the back of the parking lot. When my wife called to ask why they were very disrespectful to her and told her they will check the cameras and never called her back but when she tried to call back they kelp hanging up on her !! But when I called back I got through to them right away so we will be contacting our lawyers because we have everything recorded even when he told us all we have to do is park in the back that’s also on video !! If you are of color DO NOT COME HERE !!! Lawyers will be involved because they literally stole from us !!

  I rented a car for a week and was pleased by the service and professionalism. I had a scheduling problem and Enterprise employees handled it to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Summit Enterprise. I really thought they went out of their way to accommodate me.

  Very satisfied from beginning to end. Simple & efficient process, nice people, quality car, nice touches like offering to drive me to auto body shop when my own car was fixed and ready.
