  Eric and Kelly were great to deal with. Extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. Shout out to Kelly for providing me with transportation to and from my house, and for bringing a great personality with her! I have always enjoyed using Enterprise Rental but this time might have been my best experience. Thanks!

  I had an excellent experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Summit. I rented a vehicle through my insurance while my car was being repaired, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. What really stood out was their outstanding customer service. After I returned the rental, they even gave me a ride to pick up my repaired vehicle, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient. I truly appreciate the team’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for reliable service and a stress-free rental experience. Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation so easy!

  Excellent, I rented a K on Monday June 29 online as it wasn’t available they gave me. Blue jeep, Loren went out of her way and with all the patience in the world explained everything I asked, and the guy ( I don’t remember the name ) too and when I brought it back in Monday July 6 Lauren , Kelly and the manager were wonderful with me . Be back ! Def

  This place is racist towards black people do not go here !! Me and my wife booked a rental for my bday with them for 3 days , but when it was time to give the car back the manager told us all we have to do was park at the back of the parking lot he didn’t tell us nothing else , so my wife did exactly what he said so later on they said we didn’t park in the right spot when everyone ( other whites people ) parked wherever they wanted but they went on and charged us a extra 120 dollars and lied and said she didn’t park in the right spot when they told us all we had to do is park in the back of the parking lot. When my wife called to ask why they were very disrespectful to her and told her they will check the cameras and never called her back but when she tried to call back they kelp hanging up on her !! But when I called back I got through to them right away so we will be contacting our lawyers because we have everything recorded even when he told us all we have to do is park in the back that’s also on video !! If you are of color DO NOT COME HERE !!! Lawyers will be involved because they literally stole from us !!
