  the people at echelon ford are the best. they always make you feel like family. are upfront with everything never any hidden cost. and are always there for you even long after the sale. i have purchased several cars from them, and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. you cant go wrong choosing echelon ford

  I recently had a fantastic experience at echelon Ford in Stratford from finding the right vehicle with Harry Frye. Harry was friendly knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t say enough about Tom Lewis Who came over and wanted to know how he can make this deal possible he is the best!!!!! I don’t wanna leave out Joe, the general sales manager He was very easy to work with between Tom Lewis and Joe. The general sales manager they put the deal together. This was genuinely a five star experience.

  I just recently took my truck to the service center for tire repair. First they accommodated me very quick. Got me in when I needed the most! I went in with one tire had bad damage to it and another one had a leak. The guys behind the counter, I believe the one guy’s name was Mike, sorry I forget but he was very professional. Got right to work with getting my truck in. I ended up getting two new tires which I was very pleased with. They also handled a minor recall as well. Very pleased with everyone I come in contact with at this dealership

  We’ve had such a great experience with this Ford dealership! We originally purchased our vehicle here and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
