  I had an outstanding experience with Echelon Ford from start to finish. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not the easiest person when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, but Troy was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. Troy and the entire Echelon team worked together seamlessly to make the entire process as smooth and efficient as possible. They went out of their way to keep things moving so I didn’t have to spend hours sitting at the dealership, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out to me was how professional, thorough, fair, and respectful everyone was throughout the process. You can tell that Echelon Ford genuinely cares about the customer experience. Echelon Ford has definitely earned my business going forward, and I will absolutely be a returning customer. I’ve dealt with other Ford dealerships in the past, and there’s a noticeable difference here. Other dealerships should take a page from Echelon’s book and do it the Echelon way!
