I moved forward with a purchase of a F-150 at this dealership over others due to how I was treated here. There was no pressure from our salesman, or any of the other staff that were on site. I felt welcomed and appreciated. If you are looking for an honest and comfortable experience at a dealership I would recommend going to Echelon Ford.

Great service. All personal were warming and welcoming. They were not pushy, they worked hard to understand I wanted and when what I wonted was the right choice they were patient and explain it was not a hoot and explained what would be a better They weren’t pushy; they diligently worked to comprehend my preferences. When I made the right choice, they remained patient and explained that it wasn’t an ideal option. They also provided an alternative vehicle that would be a better fit.

If I could give this dealership more than five stars, I would - this was hands down the absolute best car-buying experience I’ve had. From the very beginning, Joe made setting up an appointment effortless. He kept me updated every step of the way from first contact until the deal was complete, and he was instrumental in securing financing terms I was genuinely comfortable with. Chris Cole is, without a doubt, the single best salesman I have ever worked with. Friendly, completely no-nonsense, and always looking out for my best interests, Chris handled everything flawlessly - from my trade-in to coordinating with the insurance company and managing every other detail along the way. When it came time for the final details, Gavin made going through the paperwork seamless. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I thoroughly understood all of my options without feeling rushed. This was an all-around phenomenal experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Joe, Chris, and Gavin for setting a whole new standard for how buying a car should be - I cannot recommend this team highly enough!
