We’ve been coming to this Mavis location for years, and they consistently go above and beyond. The team always recognizes us when we come in and treats us like valued customers, which is something you don’t find everywhere.
This morning we discovered a nail in one of our tires just before work. Since we only have one car, we were in a tough spot. Brian made sure our tire was taken care of as quickly as possible, and they actually had it finished sooner than they originally promised. Manny did an excellent job repairing the tire.
The customer service here is always outstanding, and it’s clear the team genuinely cares about helping people. We highly recommend this Mavis location and truly appreciate everything they do!

This place has a serious communication problem. I came in and they said I need brakes done on all four wheels. They said they couldn't do it because of lack of man power. I get that so I scheduled an appointment for 5 o clock on a Thursday. I had to reschedule because I had to stay at work late so I called in and they told me there was no appointment set anyway. So I said we'll can you schedule me for 5pm on Monday and they agreed. They knew I needed all four brakes done. Then I go at 5 o clock to get my brakes done only for them to tell me no appointment was scheduled and that they have no time to do my brakes. I kept my composure because I know its not the person behind the counters fault. But in my mind I was fuming. They probably wont care that they've lost my business but double check that your actually scheduled for repair before wasting your time showing up.
