I drop my car off, I get told what's wrong with it, I pick my car up, and hope nothing went wrong. They eventually did, so I decided to stop going. I visited Valvoline for the first time and was extremely surprised at the level of care taken with my vehicle. It's also very interesting having a discussion with the folks working on it in real time. Everyone was absolutely pleasant and caring. I will gladly return for my next oil change, and spread the word on how great this business is, especially this location. Thank you to everyone who helped me with my vehicle that day.

No convo with the customer, other Valvolines I have visited, they are friendly; has a conversation with you while gathering info, not robotic and script driven and also puts air in the tires. They Did not put air in my tires after mentioning it was done.
