As a precaution, I stopped at the Valvoline closest to me and it was Springfield NJ. I got lucky because the team there was knowledgeable and took time to actually fix the problem - the manager was William (Eamon?). Highly recommend.

Imam greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful and courteous all throughout. He made me aware of what is being done and what needs to be done but not too eager to sell it. This is my first time in this location and I was highly satisfied. It is not everyday that you get this kind of service. Imam and his team deserve credit.
