  I was highly satisfied with my experience because the service was fast, professional, and convenient. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what they were doing without trying to pressure me into unnecessary services. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I felt confident that my vehicle was properly taken care of. I would definitely return to this location for future service.

  For the love of god do not come here unless you feel like being trapped in line for 2 hours. I can’t get out of my car and I can’t reverse because there’s people behind me . An actual joke. Make sure you go on a day where you have nothing else better to do!

  I received excellent service at Valvoline. The staff was professional, thorough, and took the time to check everything that needed attention. They changed my oil and air filter and, most importantly, explained everything to me before performing any work. I really appreciated their communication and the quality of service I received. Great experience and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

  Terrible experience at this place. From the manager Michael to the eight Muppets standing around him yelling. There's no reason why the two cars in front of me took 35 minutes each for an oil change. On top of that I fully paid my full synthetic oil change on a Groupon and still had to come out of pocket an extra $6 for "tax and o-ring"! Then he slaps a sticker on my car for 3,000 mi for next oil change when it should be for 5,000 MI and says he can't change it because of "company policy". Place is a joke. These people are clowns. Get your oil change from a local auto shop or Castro.

  I arrived at 3:45 with 4 cars in front of me (one was being serviced). Since the website states "Oil Changes in 15 minutes" I assumed I would be taken within 60 minutes, giving each car the max 15 minutes. Plus, Valvoline closes at 5:00 and I was again assuming if I wouldn't be finished by 5:00, they would have told me. I was taken around 5:20. It was much pricier than my last oil change and then they hit me with a $54 charge for a filter change, which I believe is $35 at my usual place. Needless to say I wont be going back.
