Not only was Bishop the manager’s team Ready to go right when I pulled in but the customer service was excellent and was driving out by 8:59. 10/10 Experience.

From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was amazing. The oil change was a great experience, and the team made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. I wasn’t told my car needed unnecessary services, and I felt the pricing was fair, honest, and transparent. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to find a place that truly values their customers and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be returning to this spot !!!!

Since I couldn't get anyone on the phone for a quote, I drove down, only to find zero pricing displayed anywhere. They wait until they’ve already begun the work; specifically emptying the oil—to tell you the total. It’s an incredibly shady tactic because they know you can’t leave. Forcing a customer into a corner like that is deceptive and unprofessional. I won't be back. The business model here is fundamentally broken and predatory. I tried calling ahead for pricing, no one answers. I showed up and checked for a menu board, there isn’t one. You don't get a price until you’re already in the bay and they’ve started draining the oil. At that point, you’re trapped. You can’t exactly drive away with an empty engine, so you’re forced to pay whatever they demand. It’s "semi-deceptive" at best and a complete lack of transparency at worst. Not a fair way to treat customers.
