- BGBernadette GJun 14, 20261.0I usually go to Valvoline in Rochelle Park and they're great. Due to the hour, I stopped at the Valvoline near work. Big mistake. I waited a very long time. There was a trainee who was making mistakes, which is part of the process, but his coworker was yelling and cursing at him. The vehicle ahead of me pulled out of the bay leaking whatever fluid he got too much of...hence the yelling and cursing. There was also a disgruntled employee who was aggravated about his job...and made no secret of it. There was an attempt to upsell everything...yet I had to remind them to put air in my tires. I will never stray from my usual Valvoline. I hope the trainee finds a job where they are respected.
