I’m mom of 2 toddlers racing to decorate and run errands for a birthday party at 3pm, and my older toddler notices a rusty nail jammed in my tire during errand #1 of the day - add to it that it’s a Sunday of a holiday weekend so I have no idea who to call. I called here on a whim and I’m so grateful I did - Tim and John were kind, quick, professional, and overall lovely people. I knew I was in good hands when another customer came by to drop off baked goods to them as a thank you for her prior service! I will now come to this location for my future services and needs. They fixed my car perfectly and I was on my way out in no time. I work in town and I’ll happily recommend them to my coworkers and friends! Was in a bit of a bind as my daughter noticed one of her tires had a slow leak just before she was about to head home to VA on Sunday, July 5, at the end of her Independence Day weekend visit. We didn’t notice the problem until about 2:30, but they got us in quickly and repaired the leak right away. Great service, much appreciated.

Have you ever been 38.3 seconds away from a mental breakdown pulling into Mavis after the worst day at work and then getting a flat tire in the rain, and slamming your head into the car as you are hastily trying to get back into it after changing the tire? No? No one? Cool, me neither. The guys here were great! Very quick and kind. You should definitely go here, highly recommend. Though I don't recommend the nervous breakdown prior that I may or may not have had. But I think there's a rule in the universe that you can't get a flat tire when you're having an otherwise good day and have all the time in the world. So, if you get a flat, my sympathies, but these guys will get you all fixed up in a flash.

I brought my car to Mavis because a tree branch got stuck between my tire and the rim. They tried to get it out, and when they couldn't, they put the car on a lift, took the tire off, removed the branch, and even balanced the tires afterward.
Everyone was super helpful, and they didn't charge me a dime. What really stood out was that they could have easily told me the tire was damaged and tried to sell me a new one, but they were completely honest and didn't try to upsell me anything. Great service and great people. I'll definitely be back.
