  I went and asked for the full service wash which was $22.99. I got my bill, walked in and it rang up $30.99. They had billed me for the more expensive “better wash”. I figured “whatever, at least my car will be even cleaner.” Nope, not even close. My tires were shiny but the interior was half vacuumed, wiped with a dry microfiber cloth, no spray cleaner used and crumbs still all over the center console. The windows were not cleaned either. And yes, I waited until they signaled to me they were done. I ended up going home and completing the job myself. This used to be a great car wash but I will not be returning again. I was completely ripped off.
