So I originally I made an appointment for the location in Piscataway. They didn’t call me to let me know that they were running two hours behind and I would have to leave my car which unfortunately did not work for me. Totally understand being short staffed! But a phone call would have been nice! I decided to take a drive over to the south Plainfield location to see if they could help. Not only were they able to help me, they took me right away! A huge thank you to AJ and Ken! They were so helpful and I am super thankful to them! Def will be coming to this location from now on!

I recently visited this location in need of a tire repair. I had a flat that was causing me a lot of trouble. I was greeted right as I walked in and instantly felt reassured. Service was quick and easy. It did not feel like a burden to have to stop by this location to get help. John was extremely helpful. Not only did he explain what the issue with my tire was. He showed me my different options and the pros and cons of each. I will definitely be visiting this location again to work with him!

R sai it I had an appointment at another mavis and when I arrived the manager said it would be a 2 hour wait...why make an appointment then? I called the south plainfield mavis and Ken answered the phone. He told me to come right over and he would take care of my car. Now THAT is service! Thank you, Ken! You made my day!!!

I don’t even understand how this location functions. 3 guys at the front desk and all look like they don’t even know what time of the day it is. Thanks for my bad experience I would never step foot in this location again Smdh. I gave you one star because it was a sign my car does not need to be in this shop
