  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a used car from Volvo Cars Bridgewater after spending close to two months shopping for the right vehicle. During that time, I visited a number of dealerships and actually walked away from several deals because either the numbers didn't make sense or I wasn't comfortable with the process. My experience with Gary Wilkinson was completely different. Gary was professional, straightforward and patient throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure to make a decision, and he gave my son and I plenty of time to look over the vehicle and take it for a test drive. We did some negotiating, and I appreciated that Gary worked with me to get the deal to a number I was comfortable with. Once we agreed on the price, there were no surprises or games — the numbers were exactly what we discussed. The finance manager was also very easy to work with, clearly explained everything and helped make the final part of the purchase process smooth and straightforward. I also really appreciated the effort the entire team made at the end of the day. Once the deal was done, they scrambled to get the car cleaned, fueled up and ready to go as promised, so we could drive it home that day. That kind of follow-through goes a long way. After nearly two months of searching and walking away from other deals, I felt comfortable doing business here. Buying a used car can be a frustrating experience, but Gary and the team made this one easy and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend Gary Wilkinson and Volvo Cars Bridgewater to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks again to Gary and the entire team!

  Gary Wilkinson from the moment we walked in was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I walked in thinking I was going to just ask a few questions and after the excellent service the fabulous car that was on the Show and Floor I decided to purchase on the spot. I would highly recommend Gary To all our friends and family, what a great sales person, beautiful showroom and outstanding cars! Having had six Audi’s.   We had a great experience at this Volvo dealership. The staff was welcoming, and very helpful throughout the entire process. My salesman, JP was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. We explained to him what we were looking for in our car, and sure enough, he was able to find one on that same day. He made the car-buying experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Extra kudos to Josh for explaining all the kinks in the car with patience and certainty!

  Yesterday I purchased my third vehicle from Volvo Cars Bridgewater, and once again had an excellent experience. Gary Wilkinson was incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful in helping me find a vehicle with the trim and packages I was looking for. He took the time to walk me through the options, answer my questions, and offer advice based on his experience and expertise, which I really appreciated. If you’re in the market for a Volvo, I highly recommend asking for Gary. I also really appreciated Nicholas Scheetz, the Finance Manager, whose attention to detail made the financing process smooth, straightforward, and well informed. The team at Volvo Cars Bridgewater has been exceptional to work with over the years, which is why I continue to come back. I highly recommend them.

  I had a great experience working with Gary at Bridgewater Volvo. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and understand my needs and wants without making me feel pressured. He was knowledgeable, patient, and gave me plenty of time to test drive the vehicle and get a real feel for it. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Gary to anyone looking for a Volvo and appreciate the way he handled the entire process. Great customer service!
