  Rob in the service department is fantastic! As a mom of three, bringing my car in for service is never convenient, but Rob is always a pleasure to work with. Most recently, my car needed unexpected service, and he went above and beyond to arrange a last-minute loaner car and have my car delivered back to me. He made the entire process so much easier and saved me from having to coordinate everything with my three young children. I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness and exceptional customer service.   This place came recommended by my realtor, Michele Messina! Gary Wilkinson and his team were courteous and professional. Gary took his time to search their inventory, let me take out a car to test drive as long as I wanted, and gave me a great deal on a certified pre-owned XC 40! I was impressed with the features compared to my previously owned Lexus UX250h. The vehicle is obviously larger with more cargo capacity and sits higher off the ground. Josh was helpful in explaining the features and some of the nuances, like the home button on the touch screen,, the great shift, cruise control and sun/moon roof which is controlled by sliding your finger along a sensor (very unique). The low mileage and maintenance/warranty package sealed the deal. Nick helped get the numbers down where I needed them to make sense and I walked away a very happy new owner of a Volvo (first one ever). I also had them install a roof rack for my Bianchi. Many thanks to Gary and his team’s exceptional customer service!
