  The ideal car-buying experience should be characterized by exceptional customer service. The entire team was commendable, but special recognition goes to Mateo, our salesman. He possessed an impressive level of knowledge, which is surprising considering the prevalence of salespersons who lack expertise in the automotive industry. Mateo demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and maintained clear and effective communication. He fulfilled his commitments promptly and never subjected us to any pressure. Furthermore, he was highly accommodating regarding our schedule. My wife had a strong preference for a white XC90, and I insisted on air suspension. While this combination may not be readily available, Mateo was able to secure one from the port and expedite its delivery to the dealership. I wholeheartedly recommend Mateo for any car-buying needs. Additionally, the finance manager for the lease was equally professional and efficient. She refrained from any upselling tactics and completed the process within approximately 15 minutes.

  Leased an EX90 about two months ago. They overinflated the tires and within 2 days of taking the car home, 2 tires had blown out. It cost me over $1600 to fix the damage and they are refusing to refund my money or compensate me in any way for the mistake they made. Tires were 10psi over. It was a brand new lease. The mistake was theirs and they are not taking ownership or offering any way to fix it. Don’t trust them, and don’t buy your car from here. My parents are lifetime Volvo customers. My grandparents too. My husband was going to buy his car from them too when our other lease was up but not after this. You haven’t just lost a customer, you’ve lost a family of customers.
