Very bad experience just for a tire rotation. I was made to wait for 3 hours, which is completely unacceptable for such a simple service. The staff was also not very helpful, and the person assisting me did not communicate properly or answer my questions respectfully. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. I came to Mavis because my tire was completely flat, literally zero air in it. I asked if I could put some air in it myself with my own air pump that I was carrying, just so I could move my car from there. But the so-called store manager, Antwain, told me they couldn’t wait for me and didn’t really understand my situation. I didn’t argue and just accepted it.
Then Matt, one of the employees, gave me a $5 discount for the repair. Antwain came over and rudely asked why he was giving me a discount and told him to take it off. He even removed the discount himself.
I understand if there is a policy about discounts, but the way this so-called store manager handled the situation was very rude and unnecessary. Matt was nice and tried to help me, but Antwain’s attitude completely ruined my experience.
I seriously request the management to look into this incident and speak with Antwain about what happened why he took it personally with customer . This should be taken seriously because the way a customer is treated matters just as much as the service.
Very disappointing. Customers should be treated with respect.

They sold 2 brand new tires got them installed came back and they just told me I’m sorry when don’t do truck alignment, I should have been told in the beginning I got scam

Late yesterday my tire pressure light came on and I stopped to get air. The mechanic checked/filled all 4 tires, free of charge, and told me to come back in the morning as I probably had a nail. When I arrived today, they took my car and I was in/out in less than an hour. Not only was I given excellent, kind, professional service, I witnessed the same for all who walked in needing service. This is a great place for your car repairs.
