I experienced seamless tire repair service and outstanding customer service when I came in with a flat tire. Matt took care of me when I walked through the door with my punctured tire and immediately he put my worries to rest. Antwaine the manager came to the waiting area and explained the service that I will be anticipated. He also showed me other tires on my vehicle that I should proactively address. I am grateful for the service, information, reasonable price, and knowledge provided at this Mavis discount tire location.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my visit to the Mavis Tires location in Somerset on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
While your staff was prompt and successfully installed my spare tire, I have concerns regarding the initial assessment of my flat tire. Your team determined the tire was unrepairable and recommended a full replacement. Given that my tires are only two months old, I sought a second opinion. Another shop successfully repaired the tire, which has since been reinstalled on my truck. I have attached a photo of the repaired tire for your reference.
I am bringing this discrepancy to your attention to help improve your diagnostic assessments and ensure more accurate recommendations for future customers.
