  HORRIBLE customer service. I already don’t like to deal with Goodyear but they are close by and I needed a patch for my tire. I made an appointment for 6 due to work, they close at 7, arrived at 5:25 only to get told by the older guy working the desk I wouldn’t be seen. Apparently, they only had one person working and when I pulled up I saw him standing around on his phone. This place is just a complete waste of time and space. Corporate should either have more workers and/or need to re-train the older guy at the desk for service because why can I make an appointment and still get turned away. I will be taking my business elsewhere, if I could give zero stars I would.

  I just dropped my truck f150 to Ken Friedlander he very good take care he give me the time to fix like a way.

  I ecently took my car to the dealership to have the horn replaced, and they told me I also needed rear brakes. Something didn’t sit right, so I decided to get a second opinion at my usual spot—Goodyear in Somerset. After a full inspection, they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes. That second opinion saved me over $500! Huge shoutout to the team at Goodyear for their honesty and integrity. It’s refreshing to know there are still businesses that truly look out for their customers instead of trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. You’ve definitely earned my continued trust!
