  Spectacular service. Miazi Was absolutely wonderful. I brought my car in just to get air in the tires and they were very busy and he stopped what he was doing to put air in my tires and end up showing me that I need new tires as soon as I was called that my tires were available. I was told to bring the car in and they handled me immediately all good.

  I came here pregnant a year ago with my 71 year old mother in law to get her car fixed that she was gifting to me for the baby, these people said it needed quite a bit of work and a new catalytic converter, they then told her the whole bill would be over 3,000 dollars!! Fast forward to today we had to junk the car because it took a poop on me, come to find out THEY NEVER PUT THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER IN THE CAR they charge my late mother in law over 3,000 dollars for what? The car still was shit coming out of there and now finding out that they never put a new converter in after she got charged over 3,000 that’s just sad they took advantage of us Moral of the story check your cars and the The work they supposedly did on the car before anything

  Submitted to Better Business Bureau as well. Went to Mavis for a battery change back in December. Got there and they suggested getting my brakes done. I permitted them to get my front brakes done, but the backs needed to be done after the holiday. As soon as we left the store my brakes were squeaking. We called immediately and Mavis told us to return as soon as possible. We returned the next day since they were closing. We took it back and they warrantied out the front brakes claiming they were the wrong size. However, the brakes were still squeaking. We went back after Christmas and got the back brakes done and fronts looked at. Leaving again, the brakes were still squeaking. We called and they told us to give it 100 miles or a week. Since I don’t drive a lot, we gave it 100 miles. The brakes were still squeaking. We brought it back. They couldn’t find the squeak and called for me to pick up the car stating that they couldn’t find the squeak, but they lubed them up and that should work. Leaving, my brakes were squeaking again and we brought the car back in a fourth time. They lubed them again and could not find the squeak. Finally, we contacted corporate and we were suggested to contact the manager or bring it to another Mavis. We brought it to another Mavis in MARCH and they said it was the calipers - not the brakes. We argued that the issue didn’t start until we took it to Mavis and my brakes were changed. At this point, we’ve lost 4 days worth of time without a car due to trying to fix an issue that started in DECEMBER. Went back-and-forth with regional manager who called and originally said they would pay for the issue, then- he called back 10 minutes later and went back on his word via a second phone call and stated we will be paying full price for the calipers. Filed a previous BBB complaint and regional manager called and offered $300 off calipers when we believe they caused the issue and should be the ones paying it. Declined offer and took it to Galloway in Somers Point, NJ. Galloway called and confirmed that it was actually the front brake pads not the calipers and that Mavis was using junk brake pads to repair their vehicles. Got my car back THE SQUEAK IS GONE. IT WAS THE JUNK BRAKE PADS MAVIS INSTALLED CAUSING THE SQUEAK!!!!! I am reopening my BBB case to file for a refund at this point in time - not only for time lost with this issue since it’s taken FOUR MONTHS to resolve but for also faulty brake pads and rotors that cost 1,000$ for front and $500 for back - since I have now paid AGAIN to have them replaced elsewhere.
