Made an appointment online for an oil change and dropped my keys off the night before to someone in person. Around 12pm the next day I called just to get a status on the car because I scheduled the service for 9am and was told it was currently being looked at and worked on and should be done shortly. I walk over about an hour later and come to find out, my car was never even taken inside overnight, and was never worked on. No one had any idea it was there. What a joke, go elsewhere.

I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire! Assistant Managers Darnell and Miazi took care of getting my tires done, and their customer service was excellent. They were both professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate their patience and the effort they put into making sure I was taken care of. Great service from both of them! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming experience.

I was beyond impressed with The Men at this Mavis location! They should wear Capes, Today they were my superheros! I came in this morning stressed and pressed for time and soon as I walked in at 930, I was greeted with a cheerful, welcoming hello and a smile! Darnell went above and beyond to diagnose and get the necessary repairs to my vechicle going to get me back on the road safely. As a mom on the move, I appreciated the 5 star service I recieved today. The work was efficient, thorough and the prices were reasonable. I live 20 plus miles away from this location, and passed a Mavis 5miles from me to get to the somers point location....solely because I called the day before and the associate Sebastians phone manner was so kind, detailed and helpful. I could feel and see these employees genuinely want to make people's days brighter and better! Regardless how busy they got, they were extremely talented at multi tasking and seemed to effortlessly manage the customers, the calls and the coin! MAVIS You got the dynamite duo, what a blessing to have these gentlemen a part of the team. They make the difference when it comes to the customer service caliber.
