  The staff was super nice. Genuinely everyone I encountered was very kind. But the car we got had a huge dent in the driver's side (we took photos and made the staff take photos too so we weren't liable) and only had a half tank of gas when we picked it up. The hours were pretty inconvenient as well, especially when they closed at noon on Saturday, and didn't reopen until Monday morning. Although it's not Enterprises fault I forgot my phone in the car when I locked it and dropped the key in the drop box on Sunday afternoon, but it was really frustrating not being able to get it back until Monday morning.

  Car was clean, stylish, fun, smooth drive. Great gas mileage, plenty of room and most important, affordable! The process to rent was easy as well as drop off. We will definitely rent again

  I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a car accident and needed a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired. From the moment I walked into Enterprise, Gabrielle made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was professional, kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. After dealing with the stress of an accident, it was such a relief to work with someone who genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road quickly. The rental was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. Gabrielle’s excellent customer service turned a difficult situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Enterprise, and a special thank you to Gabrielle for going above and beyond! Thank you again for all your help!

  I genuinely always have a good experience here. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and DEFINITELY patient. One critique that I can make is that I think they seem to be understaffed at times (not the employees/ managers fault) but if thats because of what I assume to be the weird rush hour enterprise encounters—It may be silent all day and then booming at the end because everyone is getting off of work. Anyways, I really like the staff here. Especially Gabrielle. She’s great😭! (No joke she is). They truly do work hard to meet the customers needs, inform them, and get them in and out as quickly as possible. Long story short is that the employees here really do put in effort and are great.

  Just wanted to shout out Gabby at Somerdale Enterprise- from renting to returning, she was kind, happy, and efficient. I let her know I was in a rush and she immediately jumped into action. The vehicle I rented was super clean and exceeded my expectations. Give Gabby a raise! You can tell she enjoys her job! :)
