  Barely any employees so the wait time is horrible didn't seem to be the employee's fault though they just seemed understaffed, they make each individual driver have a separate credit card and only accept certain credit cards. Car was in good condition and once you can get someone to help things go fairly quick.

  The car was ready to go before I even arrived. And allowing drop-off at the collision shop was very helpful.

  Gabby was amazing helping me with my claim process. I arrived early and her and the team went above and beyond to get my car early from a different location and ended up being a brand new Rav 4! Awesome experience maybe I can pick something up for a roadtrip one day.

  I arrived early enough though no car available although I had a reservation. Please configure your system to not auto book people when there are no car available. The customer rep did help me secure a vehicle at another Enterprise though offered no transport service or reimbusment for Uber to the other location. Update- the other location that they sent me to was excellent. They waived the refuel charges so I am a happy camper. 4/5 stars
