Deon is great! Due to Mavis training a new employee, the tire patch took longer than anticipated. But I appreciate them handling it the right way and I wasn’t charged one penny for my patience. Win/win all around!
- CCChris Curnew4 days ago1.0So bad. Went in for a brake change. When I picked up the brakes didnt work. They told me to pick up later that it would get fixed. A manager called me saying there was nothi g wrong with the brakes and to come pick it up. So when I went to get my death trap it was on the lift getting the brakes redone. The told me it would about 20 minutes till it would be ready. 3 hours l a ter it was ready. Do not go here

Rushed all the way from philly from this appointment on my only day off to be turned away. They just didn’t want to service me and I will never come here again.

They communicated Any additional issues they saw with the vehicle and gave me realistic time frames for completion . I’ve had some bad experiences with other Mavis stores, but this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had yet. I would 100% recommend services at this location for quality work.
