Coming home from the 4th of July vacation had a blown tire hitting a medium barrier I drove at 5mph and saw Mavis Tires Bob evaluating the damage immediately got me in with his warm smile he says." I'm sorry this happened I give you $35.00 off" I said 'Bob Marry me" he said "you're already married". I replied "my wife won't mind, she will enjoy bossing two men around" 30 minutes later I'm out thanks Bob

After dealing with multiple quotes, inaccurate information, and frustrating customer service experiences, I was relieved to finally get my car to Mavis for a new set of tires. When I was given a different total than my original quote, I immediately thought, “Here we go again.” However, the manager stepped in, contacted corporate, and had a revised quote issued that matched what I had been quoted online.
While waiting for the work to be completed, I had the opportunity to overhear several interactions between the manager and other customers. I was genuinely impressed by her honesty and professionalism. On multiple occasions, she provided straightforward recommendations rather than trying to upsell unnecessary services.
That level of integrity is hard to find, and it made a lasting impression. For any services that Mavis provides, they will be my first choice going forward.

I spoke with Deon when I was checked in for a tire that was low on air. I was informed and shown there was a huge metal piece stuck in the tire, not able to be patched. Also a loose joint on the tie rod. Although the bill was high, from past experience the price for a pair of tires was fair. Both rear tires needed replacing due to dry rot. The repair did take a little longer than I expected, however they rushed to fix it to make everything right. Also apologizing for the delay, which showed Deon's professionalism. All in all, a shop I have been to a number of times that does good work for fair prices with professional staff.
