He was able the get me the best prices available for 2 rear tires. He also inspected my car and informed me on what else had to be fix..... the technician was very fast with the tire installation and this location deserves a 5 star rating

James I think his name was at the front was excellent and helpful. The mechanic that did my car was knowledgable and extremely helpful and put me at ease. This last time we went the front person said his entire staff was uncomfortable changing our cars tires. He said the racks weren’t built for lifting a car like ours. When we told him we were in the system for years getting done here. He then changed it to his manager was the only mechanic who could change the tires but he wasn’t in. Again, none of their mechanics at this mechanic shop can change the tires on our car… We’ll be going to Mr. Tires down the street for years to come. They booked us within 10 mins of us leaving mavis and got the tires changed in 15 mins.

I went in with no idea what was wrong with my tires, just that there was a hole somewhere. I left knowing more about tire brands, sizing, and mileage than I ever imagined. I was given all of the information so I could even check online if there was a better deal (therefore I can confirm: you guys got me the best deal). Specifically shouting out Russ and Jesse, you both made this whole experience less terrifying👏
