  Everyone was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Took the car right in at the appointment time. Update: Upon looking over my receipt, I was charged twice for wheel alignment ($159 each) and charged full price for a power steering flush that I declined. I was told since the power steering flush was declined and the mechanic did it anyway ($80 that I did not want), that I would see the charge and there would be coupons that deducted the cost. However, they only took off $20, leaving me with a $60 balance to pay. I called and was told I have to wait until tomorrow to have it fixed.

  I typically go to a local mechanic, but I wanted to try out this place because somebody referred me. Not only was the customer service exceptional. Their prices are fair. They didn’t try to rip me off. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary things and because of that I’m gonna go back and get my other two tires and my husband‘s tires there they’re amazing. I’m very impressed.

  Got new tires, had them put my old tires on my old wheels, and an alignment. I had an appointment at 9am. I went to the wrong location, realized and told them I was going to be late. She said on the phone that the tires weren’t there yet, probably wouldn’t be until 10am and she it was okay I’d have to wait a bit anyway and wait for the tires. I said okay no problem. I arrived at 9:45 and the tires just arrived. I waited and then 11am rolls around and my vehicle is still not back yet. She tells me it’s going to be a bit longer. She it’s going to be another 1.5 hours until they can bring it back. I said okay no problem as long as I am out of here at 2pm which would would put me at 4 hours total. So now 2 rolls around truck is still not done okay no problem. 2:20 comes and I have to go at this point as I have other obligations. I say to the brown haired woman at the front I have to go can you please start cash me out. She says no I have to check it’s good before I do that. 2:30 comes and I got out front to talk to here while she’s smoking her cigarette and say excuse I really have to go it’s been 4.5 hours, can I please pay at least. She agrees finally even though she seemed a bit annoyed about it. The other patron in the lobby couldn’t believe I was still there, anyway they didn’t finish putting the old tires on the old wheels. I said no problem I’ll come tomorrow. So that’s what I did. The woman who is middle aged and has brown hair and smokes cigs who seems to be the manager I thought had not a great attitude. I think I was polite the whole time and had patience with everything. And at the end she seemed to have no sense of urgency or care that I had been there for a long time. I get it can get backed up and that they were “swamped all day” as one of the other employees mentioned. Things happen, but the communication and professionalism was terrible. I would not go back. I have been here before and it was good which is why I came back but they just don’t seem to care about peoples time at all and that is disappointing.

  Came in not knowing what was wrong, they figured it out in a few hours. Great customer service and they don’t waste your time!

  I never leave reviews so you know my experience is bad. First I get here and the lady checking me in is talking down on me and annoyed that I showed up to even interact with her (mind you I had an appointment time). Then they’re running behind, but hey that happens I get it no biggie. My car finally is on the lift and the rude older woman who checked me in - after I had already been waiting in the lobby for an hour tells me that my simple 2 tire change and alignment needs to be all 4 tires and then tells me that it would cost over $700. I told her I could not swing that finances wise and she said well we have payment plans and goes into a whole marketing scheme to get me to sign up and I still say no and she says well in that case we refuse todo the alignment your new tires and I’m writing here in the notes that we won’t do one until you get 2 more new tires. Now I don’t know much about vehicles but jumping from $290 (w/ taxes included) to $700 for 2 additional tires seems steep and even my mechanic partner and his whole family of mechanics say that I’m being ripped off. I will not be returning here nor recommending anyone to this site specifically because of how I was treated like a belittled, stupid, gullible individual. Thanks for the 2 tires now I have to find somewhere else to get an alignment.
