They constantly restrict entrance to the lot that's closest to the train station although there's plenty of parking spots in the lot. This used to be Edison Park. Not that it was any better but at least their tickets were carton not a piece of flimsy paper. Prices are outrageous either way- I parked for 2 hours and I paid $32

Overpriced parking with extra fees on top of an already expensive rate. The parking spaces are ridiculously small and very difficult to maneuver in, especially if you drive anything larger than a compact car. There are also not enough spaces, so if you arrive later in the day, you may not find any available parking. I expected a much better experience for the price.

The receipt never printed when i paid and i have been trying to call customer service since last week. I called it on the spot and called it 3 times after and it keeps sending me to voicemail and no one has returned my calls. Really bad customer service. They just care about double charging. Avoid this parking

SCAM PRICING. Advertised price is $19, then a sign about “$2 service fee”. The receipt indicates $2.30 service fee. 30 cents may not seem like much until you multiply that by just how many people park every day.
They obviously have a monopoly on parking in the area but at some point they need to be held accountable for the gouging they’ve done year after year.
