Just pulled in. From out of the blue you no longer press button for a ticket but have to hit alternative access and enter your cell number to be texted a link. Then gate opens after entering number. It takes a long time. So what if I hit a wrong digit? In winter or rain will be worse.
And there is no sign advising that the process of last 20 years has been changed!!
Since Laz had taken over an easy process has become convoluted.
I do welcome for Laz to comment that I am missing some aspect that has in fact made this easier than the Edison park fast process of get ticket, enter, then QR code that ticket to pay and exit.
As well as why we now pay $2 extra for this “convenience” of a more complicated process.

Park here all the time for the train station. Suddenly it has changed names and now the option to scan and pay for the ticket is gone, the online option at the kiosk didn't work and now to stand in line to pay at the machine...step backwards for this lot. Let's hope they improve.

Got rid of the very convenient QR based payment system and replaced it with an archaic paper receipt system that requires use of their kiosks just so they can collect your email address. This lot is a necessary evil due to their proximity to Secaucus Junction and they act like it.
