  This location’s water regularly smells like raw fecal matter and sewage. Also on multiple occasions the attendants will tell you to pull forward when your tires aren’t lined up. The drive to get into the carwash is very narrow, and the way their cones are lined up most times your wheels won’t be in line with the track. My car doesn’t turn tight so I normally do a semi-k turn to ensure my car is straight, and not angled because of the curve. If I don’t straighten my car, the track will either be off completely, or a portion of the tire will grab the track and jerk the whole car in line. Initially, only trusted one attendant when they told me to pull forward after curving the bend, and as I thought, the car was off track and pulled so aggressively it burned rubber and shifted my whole front end. Several months later another attendent gestured me to do the same thing. I told them “no my cars off track” and proceeded to perform my semi-k turn to ensure my care was straight. Several more months after that, which is my most recent time there, a young man named Carlos repeatedly instructed me to pull forward, where my car was blatantly not on track. I also told him “I’m straightening my car. You could damage my axle by having me pull up and the car isn’t in line.” Rudely, before even finishing the “you could damage-” statement, he began to spray my car and told me to put my window up. I wasn’t sure if he heard me so I repeated “Hi, my car wasn’t on the track when you were telling me to pull up and that could really damage the axle.” As I was talking he almost sprayed me in my window and never acknowledged the fact that his aggressive instructions can potentially cause extreme damage to a car. Please give a little more training when it comes to lining tires up with the track. I’ve not had this issue and any other location.

  Great wash overall and friendly staff. One thing I noticed was the convex mirror at the entrance. It seemed to be facing more inward than toward approaching vehicles. I may be mistaken, but at most car washes I’ve visited, those mirrors help drivers line up with the track while being guided by the attendant. From my perspective, it wasn’t very useful for aligning my vehicle, so it may be worth checking whether the angle is intentional or if it could be adjusted to better assist customers entering the wash.

  While I like the express concept, the wash is just not as good as at the full service locations. The wash itself is good, but I think if it included cloth drying it would work better.

  The car wash is not terrible, but there was a lot of parts on my car that I would regularly miss and if I didn’t get out and hand dry it, it looked like crap Also, when I got the one month membership, they put this stupid sticker on my windshield that I can’t get off and it rips apart and leaves residue Overall, not the worst thing ever, but it’s pretty much the same thing as when there is hard rain and it washes the dirt off your car
