  I have been going to Showroom Hand Carwash for over 20 years and I was always very impressed with there service and how the crew took pride in detail to make sure your car was spotless. My past 3 to 4 experiences haven’t been good . They rush your car though and the guys in the back that pre soak and wash your wheels have missed my wheels and running boards . Today I got home and spent 45 minutes cleaning my truck after spending $44 . I could have given my neighbors 6 year old $20 and got a better wash . I have been through 3 different owners at this car wash and the price keeps going up but the quality doesn’t match the price. . The owner needs to start having a quality control person walk the cars before they are given back to the customer. Hopefully they will get better but I am not holding my breath.

  Very poor job, their labor has degarded. I paid extra for shining, and supreme clean, i still see spots and dirt. Mats were kept back wet. Not happy with the job

  When I get the supreme they never take my mats out to wash them. I’m supposed to get a tire shine and my chrome is always dirty. They do the bear minimum to clean the inside of the car and around doors and trunk. It started to rain a little for five minutes so my car was left there and I actually tried to dry it myself and no one helped. Very disappointed
