    This is a great car rental company. Vehicles are always there for the reservations you make, cars are always super clean, and the staff is always very helpful and friendly like Katie. When I dropped off my rental on a Sunday afternoon, the staff was busy washing cars and prepping them.

    I forgot to take my umbrella with me when I returned the car. It started raining the next day, and I suddenly remembered it. When I first called, a man answered and—without even checking—flatly said they didn't have it. I called again, and fortunately, a woman helped me look and found it. I’m truly grateful to her. I thanked her for leaving it at the door, since they were about to get off work.

    Absolutely the best car rental experience I have ever had!! And I've had them all over the world. Cars were clean, readily available and the staff went out of their way to assist. This is a great go-to car rental location.

    Where to start- double booking, lots of waiting, short staff at the scotch plains enterprise location. Kate emailed us the wrong contract. later when we got charged for the upgrade she said to me there’s nothing I can do because you returned the car to maplewood. ‘if you returned the car to our location’ I wouldn’t have closed the contract if insurance owed us money. When I called maplewood, they said we closed the contract because the car was in good condition and not because insurance owed us money. So basically if I returned to scotch plains maybe this would still happen (I’d be charged for the upgrade) but the way I was told I got charged because I didn’t return to scotch plains seems like I’m being blamed for being charged. That’s not the way to treat a customer - especially one already dealing with someone hitting our car when we are not at fault. Very disappointed Also nobody called me back even though they said they would- neither Mike nor Brandon. I had to keep calling and following up

    I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Manager Mike and his entire team for the exceptional care and compassion they showed me today. In today’s world, customer service is often measured by how quickly a task is completed or how efficiently a problem is solved. However, what I experienced today went far beyond customer service it was genuine compassion, kindness, and professionalism. From the very beginning, the process was handled with care and attention to detail. I was picked up from C&L Auto Body Shop in Plainfield, New Jersey, and transported to the rental location. Everything was coordinated seamlessly, which immediately helped reduce the stress I was already experiencing. The team made sure every step of the process was smooth, organized, and easy to understand. What stood out the most was the patience and concern shown by Mike and his staff. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, breaking down all the details in a way that ensured I fully understood the rental process. They never made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. Instead, they treated me with respect, dignity, and genuine care. Their level of compassion was truly unbelievable. It is one thing to provide excellent customer service when someone comes in for a routine transaction, but it is another thing entirely to recognize when a customer may be dealing with a difficult situation and respond with empathy and understanding. That human touch made all the difference. I am incredibly thankful for Mike and his team. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to helping others did not go unnoticed. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one, and for that, I am deeply grateful. Thank you, Mike and team, for going above and beyond and for reminding me that compassion is still at the heart of great customer service.
