Very disappointed with Team Car Wash. I pay monthly, but the service doesn’t reflect it.
The tire shine is done by a machine and does a terrible job. The tires barely look touched. It defeats the whole purpose of a “finished” clean.
For a paid membership, the quality and attention to detail should be much better. Right now, it’s not worth it.

Update1: Really a bot response at 2am?
Overpriced memberships, poor management oversight, clearly a lack of responsibility from the parent company, and a horrible exit. At the price point per car wash tier (which seems to be consistently rising, but not the quality of service), you don’t get a consistent deep clean, even at $22. The drying is hit or miss, and when they do attempt, it’s mostly half baked. They have clearly damaged other people’s car and take zero accountability: my own car was damaged at another franchisee and the manger simply deflected and said it’s not their fault.
However, we are talking about this location, which seems to just generally share the same ethics, habits, and overall culture. The memberships are overpriced; there can be long wait times because they cheap out on enough staff; and they are literally destroying the road at the exit. It’s honestly unconscionable that they haven’t repaired the road they are actively damaging with their chemicals & water runoff: I won’t ever return, but in my last visit, it’s astonishing to see the same damaged road all these years later.
Mind you, this is after the company’s aggressive expansion over NJ; stifling competition; raising prices; drops in quality; and bad faith actions. This car wash location at least is essentially harming everyone’s cars who ENTER this car wash: yeah you might save some money with a membership, but if you return here, enjoy suspension damage that’s 20x higher. I’m still giving it 2 stars, when it really should be 1. I don’t suggest you do business with Team Car Wash anymore.

: Después de publicar mi experiencia, el negocio me llamó, lo que confirma que sí están al tanto del problema. Sin embargo, aún no han ofrecido una solución real.
Soy cliente frecuente de este car wash. Entré con mi vidrio delantero funcional, únicamente con un pequeño chip que ha estado ahí por mas de un an̈o y e Ronaldo mas de 3000 millas y nunca causó problemas.
Al salir del servicio, el vidrio estaba agrietado. Reporté la situación inmediatamente. La respuesta fue que no podían hacerse responsables por el chip previo que aora tiene dos clara mente se ve que algo lo inpacto y se puede ver completamente que el daño ocurrió mientras el vehículo estaba bajo su control.
En lugar de asumir responsabilidad, me ofrecieron meses gratis de membresía, lo cual no resuelve un daño de aproximadamente $400.
Estoy documentando todo este proceso y, si no se resuelve, procederé con reclamos formales a través de las entidades correspondientes.
No estoy buscando nada adicional, solo que respondan por un daño que claramente ocurrió durante el servicio.
Recomiendo a otros clientes tener precaución.

I used to come here a lot but the quality of service is not good. My car is never completely dried, there’s no windex or anything for your windows they do not even clean the windows. Plus there’s always dirt left on my car after the wash and I haven to go home and clean it again. 22 dollars is a lot for you to have to fix something afterwards. I ask the men to please dry where I see there’s a lot of water left and they just walk away from me.
