  I really like this car wash. I’ve been here a few times now and it’s always been a good experience. The staff is friendly, the bays are kept clean, and everything actually works, which isn’t always the case at self-serve car washes. It’s nice not having to mess with broken equipment. You can tell they take care of the place by how clean and orderly it is. Definitely my go-to spot from now on.

  Ryan is an outstanding manager and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He's friendly, professional, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his team and the customer experience!!! The quality of the wash is excellent every time. My car always comes out looking spotless, with great attention to detail, and the equipment does a fantastic job. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the whole process is quick and speeedy. Ryan's dedication to keeping the operation running at such a high standard really shows. I highly recommend.

  I recommend this car wash to anyone ! literally drive out of your way to hit up this specific location! every time i’ve come i am met with top tier hospitality and last time i went the manager, Ryan, personally came out to chat with me and thank me for the business. that is the kind of management and leadership that differentiates great service from the rest! i am always confident and comfortable that i will get great service and my car is in good hands. definitely visit Team Express Roselle Park!

The service was quick, the prices were fair, and the entire process was hassle-free. If you’re looking for a reliable car wash that takes pride in its work, I highly recommend giving them a try.   I visited Team Express Car Wash for the first time today, and unfortunately, I was not impressed with the experience. Right from the start, before I was even shown the wash packages or pricing, an attendant immediately began trying to sell me a membership. As a first-time customer, I would have preferred a simple explanation of the available wash options before being pitched a recurring membership. I ended up purchasing one of the higher-tier packages for about $34, which included Triple Foam, Clear Coat Protectant, Underbody Wash, Tire Shine, Carnauba Hot Wax & Shine, Lava Bath, and Rain Repellent. For a package at that price point, I expected my vehicle to come out looking noticeably cleaner and well-detailed. After going through the wash, I noticed bird droppings were still on my vehicle. I pointed it out to the attendants who were drying cars at the exit and asked if they could remove it. They made very little effort and simply told me they couldn't get it off. When I got home, I removed it myself in seconds with a paper towel and some water. The more I looked over the car, the more disappointed I became. There were water spots left behind, dirt and dust still visible on the tires despite paying for Tire Shine, and dust remaining in the crevices around the windshield wipers. My car wasn't particularly dirty to begin with, so I expected much better results. I later learned that interior cleaning is not included with the wash package, which I understand. However, when you're spending nearly $40, I think it's reasonable to expect a higher level of attention to detail overall. Even a quick wipe-down of commonly touched interior surfaces would have gone a long way toward making the service feel worth the cost. Instead, I left feeling like I paid premium pricing for a very average wash and still had to finish cleaning parts of the vehicle myself when I got home. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car wash. The aggressive membership sales approach, lackluster cleaning results, and poor response when I raised concerns did not justify the price.
