A positive experience, through and through
We came in because we had a brake light that fried out. Jermaine attended us. He was friendly, communicated transparently throughout the process as he fixed it and answered all our questions (which revealed how clueless we were) with humor and patience

Went to the Westfield location to get an alignment after replacing the front suspension but their rack was broken, so they referred me to the Roselle location. Showed up, got check in quick, and was told it would be about an hour. They called when the car was ready, I picked it up, and it drove straight without pulling. They mentioned there’s a 3 month warranty on the work, and I asked I I should bring it back after a few hundred miles just to verify, and they graciously said it was up to me, but they’d be happy to check it.
This is my first experience with the shop, and I found the guys to be personal and professional and the price to be beyond reasonable. Check them out.

I had an amazing experience at Mavis Discount Tire. Anthony, the manager, was very professional, respectful, patient and knowledgeable. We got 4 new tires, brakes, and alignment and tune up all at a discounted price. I even went to my regular mechanic and compared the price- Mavis was cheaper. He also was able to make sure I got everything done on time since I was on a time crunch. The service provided was phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back here for my car needs.
