Outstanding service. The management told me what was wrong and didn't try to fix it but recommend me back to the dealer to have it fix The right way, he was very honest. And saved me a lot of a headache by sending me back to the dealer and not trying to upsell me .Outstanding honesty. Great management skills, the work that was done was done correctly. Im very happy with just service and I don't recommend a shop.

I brought my car i. For w new tires. They were very pleased with the service. The gentleman that took care of me i believe his name is Jaleel. Was on top of everything. I waited extra 10 minutes past the time i was told so they gave me a complimentary oil change. Great customer service.

I took my truck to Mavis Discount Tire on Westfield Ave in Roselle Park NJ to have all four tires replaced. The total came to $1,798.58, so I expected professional service and my truck to be handled with care. Unfortunately, when I got my truck back, I discovered that my wheels had been damaged. As shown in the photos, the area around the lug nuts was scratched, gouged, and parts of the wheel were broken during the tire installation. I returned to the store several times to have the damage addressed. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, they kept asking me to come back another day or to go to a different location, a detailing place to be fixed. When I went to the other location, the employees said they didn't know anything about my situation and couldn't help me. After wasting so much time going back and forth, I finally gave up because I was getting nowhere. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to spend $ 1,798.58 on four new tires and receive my truck back with damaged wheels and no accountability. I expected much better customer service. If damage occurs during a repair, the right thing to do is acknowledge it and make it right not send customers from one place to another until they give up. I gave one star to this location because Google doesn’t allow me to give zero stars. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this locations to anyone.
