- LNLuke NoelAug 13, 20265.0I came to this Enterprise about two years ago and again earlier this week - I can definitively say that it got much better in that time. From the selection of cars available to the service of the staff, it was a much improved experience.
- MPM PAug 13, 20263.0If you can always do your own self inspection of the vehicle before leaving rental office. Just the basics like tires and the dashboard which indicates a lot of very helpful and important information so you may not have to comeback for and exchange like i did.
- SAShahrukh AhmedAug 7, 20261.0Horrible service. Took a 40 min Uber to get there just to find out they also require a passport in addition to a Canadian driver's license. There is no mention of that policy anywhere on their website or email communications and the manager was completely inflexible, not accepting a picture of the passport or the passport number. Horrible, horrible service and management that forced us back out on the street and to their competitors Avis and Budget which DO NOT require a passport. AVOID THE LOCATION.

When I checked online the policy never mentioned anything about having a passport either. The rep had a bad attitude and clearly didn’t want to do his job. When I asked for manager he dismissed me and said he’s a manager. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here. They make up their own rules and have no documented procedure in place

The staff was great. The car was perfect. Then, when I didn't need the car for the full time, they happily dropped me at home, a few blocks away! Easy Peazy - Quality people. Quality service.
