  If you want to have a terrible time with the Manager of this store, who also didn’t provide his name when I politely asked him and the entire staff please do business with them. During terrible time like a car accident this people just see you as an opportunity to take your money. I rented a car from 29 to 1 but I returned the before, I got charged the same 3 days and also 1 gallon of gasoline. I didn’t know that Enterprise has a gasoline meter. If you can avoid this business please do it, also the cars are not that good. I want to give you 0 as customer service. Thanks for nothing I hope my 33 dollars plus the 120 that Progressive paid could cover some customer service classes for your employees.

  I’ve rented 4 cars from here and it started off good but team members could’ve been better at explaining the fluctuations of rates at the time of pickup. If the knowledge was communicated as to why the same car being used for the same amount of time would have been different pricing due to rates then different decisions could have been made. I value good communication when I’m making purchases and the person that handled my transaction was unable to tell me at least why theres a price difference.

  I rented a car for three days and returned it within 30 minutes because I wasn’t satisfied. Despite being told beforehand that I could switch cars if I didn’t like it, they tried to charge me to get into a different car. I ended up keeping the car to avoid them hassle. Three days later, I returned it and booked a different car. I made it very clear that I did not want the same one again. When I arrived, they agreed to switch it. The manager asked me to redo the booking so he could assign me a new car—but after I did, he handed me the exact same vehicle I had already refused. He then claimed that all other cars were already rented a week in advance and that he had said that from the beginning, which was a lie. To make matters worse, the representative who originally told me to leave the car in front so I could remove my belongings later denied ever having that conversation. He said he couldn’t remember because he was dealing with so many customers. That level oof dishonesty is completely unacceptable. People who behave like this cannot be trusted. I'll never return to that place again aand if you do make sure you record every conversation with this people because they aare liars.
