  I had a great experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Route 46 in Rockaway. Kai provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. His hospitable nature was genuinely refreshing and made the entire rental process smooth and pleasant. Great customer service can sometimes feel like a lost art, so his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciated the service I received and would definitely rent from this location again!

  Very pleasant experience. Ky was understanding of our needs and attentive to what we were asking with regards to a rental. Very polite and made the experience very smooth. Will definitely use again (if needed)
