  I had a great experience with the Enterprise Rockaway location. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. Special thanks to Stephanie, who went above and beyond. She was personable, attentive, and truly made sure everything went smoothly. Her customer service really stood out. Overall, a first-class experience—I will definitely use this location again and highly recommend them!

  I am a Gold Member with Enterprise & frequently rent vehicles across the country mostly for work-related travel. I must say that the staff at this location provide exceptional customer service. Although I did not catch the name of the young lady who assisted me, she was professional, friendly & clearly well-trained. The entire rental process was smooth, efficient & hassle-free. It’s always refreshing to receive such excellent service & I truly appreciate the positive experience. Highly recommend this location!
