  Los muchachos que trabajan ahí estan tan saturados de trabajo que no le sonrien a nadie,hablan de muy mala manera con los clientes,hacen todo demasiado rápido solo por cumplir con su trabajo. El aceite que te ponen lo hacen no en envases de litros o galones sellados sino en cubetas y jarras que suben desde abajo donde no puedes ver o saber que tipo de aceite te estan poniendo y si coincide con el que pagaste de mayor millaje. Los puntos que te deben chequear y que esta incluido como bateria,presión de llantas,refrigerante etc no lo hacen y solo lo marcan en la computadora como realizado. Creo que engañan al cliente y lo único que les interesa es terminar rápido y que venga el siguiente. Además la supuesta lavada gratis que ofrecem como beneficio adicional no la dieron el dia de hoy. Sin duda si no quieres perder tiempo en un cambio de aceite este es el lugar si no te importa nada de lo antes mencionado....pero si lo que quieres es un buen servicio y adicionales este no lo es para nada!

  Usually go to Valvoline in Brick Township, Nj.Always been very satisfied going there. Service was excellent. Went yesterday to valvoline in Rochelle Park, NJ. Technician gave me the sticker for me to place on my windshield. Had to remind him to reset my oil life in my car. It's obviously he didn't want to bother. Didn't check other fluids. Technician gentlemen with long hair, spanish looking. I was disappointed.

  Took longer than usual as mechanic had to leave my bay and assist elsewhere. Friendly crew but too much talking and joking around going on. After 15 mins. of watching them chat I had to ask if they were going to check my tire pressure. The Asst. Mgr. said yes.."sorry, we've been busy running around." Running around?? I've literally been watching you standing & sitting around talking and joking and telling stories about your girlfriend! In the end it was ok..it was a Sunday and I wasnt in a rush...tires checked, new air filter...very polite & friendly but I will say it's smoother and more professional when Mgr. Rasheed is there. ..and car wash not running yet, so no free wash anymore.

  Always a great experience at Valvoline-Paramus NJ. Rashid and the CREW are friendly, professional, and efficient every time I visit. They keep me informed, never pressure me into additional services, and always get me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

  I was the first customer of the day and arrived before opening. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years, dating back to when this location was Lube Express. Back then, the manager was Tom, who I believe is now a district manager. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know many of the attendants, so I noticed that both employees working on my vehicle during this visit were new. They were professional, courteous, and completed the oil change properly, but it was apparent that they are still gaining experience. Overall, they did a good job, and I’m confident their skills will continue to improve with time.
