  First, we ended up going to Mavis tire now they ended up telling us we needed all brakes. We need all four tires and it was something else we went in there. They told us the tire would be there. I waited around for four hours just for them to tell us hey we don’t have that tire it’ll be here tomorrow. We bring it back the next day. Same thing happens. It’ll be here Tuesday. .. Now we don’t have time to wait around. We have five children in school. They play sports so I ended up calling Mr. tire in Rio Grande, New Jersey when I tell you, Rick at the front was so helpful. He was actually standing outside as I pulled in came straight to the car talking trying to get as much info as he could anyway they take the car they put it on the lift they take a look at it. at first, he did touch the tire and said well you know you still have a lot of meat left on this tire. Let’s see if we can repair it and try to save you some money that was basically the first thing out of his mouth not trying to sell me a new tire let’s try to fix it for you. Unfortunately, we couldn’t but anyway They actually call me into the shop while the car is on the list to show me exactly everything that is wrong. That definitely put me at ease because I knew at that point some of the things Mavis was telling me was a lie. The specific tires on that car I don’t need those tires. Those tires are for mountain purposes offloading purposes. They were just trying to sell me at Mavis the most expensive tire come to find out they are hired and trained to sell you more and more and more but anyway back to Mr. tire in Rio Grande, New Jersey they ended up telling me everything that was wrong and showing me with my own eyes. I wasn’t able to get everything done in one day, bc of my money situation..but they definitely did change two of my tires and I waited for maybe a half hour and like I said the guy at the front was just so welcoming and so informative. I will definitely be getting my car fixed there if you are in New Jersey Rio Grande area and you need work done I highly recommend going to Mr. tire

  Stopped in here to have my tires checked, because I had a pleasant experience previously. I was quoted a fair price, purchased the tires, and had them installed while I waited. As usual, the service was professional, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was right. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire in Rio Grande to local residents and vacationers alike.

  I’m very unhappy with Mr. Tire and will be moving all my vehicles to a different establishment. I feel like loyalty doesn’t mean anything and you do not properly complete the job. I just stopped in because my vehicle is making a gurgling sound behind my dash and when I Googled it I found out it’s because when the coolant was serviced (the job required it to be drained), the lines weren’t bled correctly. I need my vehicle and can’t just keep leaving it overnight or for the day. It shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to bleed the lines and I was asked to leave my vehicle to be diagnosed. It doesn’t need to be diagnosed, the lines need to be bled. The sound wasn’t there prior to the work done on my car. I can’t get anyone on the phone and when I stop in I’m treated like I’m bothering them. There are plenty of other places that I’m sure will treat me better. I’ve taken all my cars there for years and the service has just gotten worse! I’m really disappointed!

  If I could give 0/5 stars I would have. My car was stuck in the flood over Irish Weekend in Wildwood. I got my car towed here. The man asked what was wrong with my car I told him it got stuck in the flood, and he immediately cut me off and said "we don't do that here, you should know if it is gonna rain down the shore to move your car." He said it with the biggest attitude. Meanwhile, I am 22, this has never happened to me before, I was freaking out, and had no idea what to do.

  Rich Rallo and his team at Mr. Tire cleaned up a NTB flat tire mess on my wife's car. My wife was in Maryland on business and was returning home yesterday when her rear passenger tire was losing air due to a puncture. She stopped at NTB in Germantown, MD to have them "fix the flat", but unfortunately, they apparently only plug flat tires along with a lack of competency which my wife soon discovered once she got back on the road. The car's tire light indicator on the dashboard came on again requiring her to stop six [6] times along the way to put air in the tire so she could safely return home to Cape May. This morning, I immediately took her car to Mr. Tire where their very cordial and professional manager, Rich Rallo, put me at ease, indicating that his mechanics are always correcting other tire shops' shoddy workmanship. It turns out that NTB used a plug on the puncture [which soon popped out during travel] rather than using the much better and more modern method of patching it. Thank you, Rich and company for your excellent craftsmanship...God bless you all for what you do.
