  Matthew at Mavis Tire is terrific! I walked in to ask a few questions about tire installation on my Mini Cooper S and ended up with him finding my specific tires in their warehouse and then getting me all set up with an appointment in just a few days. It was perfect, easy and no hassle. Matthew took care of it all in no time and with a great attitude! You’ve got a winner of an employee Mavis Tire! Thanks Matthew!

  I had an outstanding experience getting my tires replaced thanks to Alex. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable, walking me through my best options clearly and answering every question with zero sales pressure. ​Throughout the entire process, Alex was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated on the timeline and making sure everything went smoothly. He truly went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful errand completely seamless and efficient. It’s rare to find customer service of this caliber—Alex is a huge asset to the team, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future service needs. Highly recommended!

  We got a nail in our tire while on vacation at the shore and patched it up ourselves. I was concerned where the nail hole was on the tire and concerned about driving 4 hours on it. We went to Mavis, who was the only place open on Sunday and they inspected it and told us that we would need a replacement tire but would be safe for the drive. Both my wife and I have long been faithful Mavis customers, this is why. They showed us once again their concern is the customer and our safety. Thanks Mavis!

  Mavis tire in Rio Grande, New Jersey. I don’t honestly understand all these raving reviews , when last Friday, August 1, 2026 I had a terrible experience at this location. I was away from home, a ran over a nail, I went in, in the afternoon and was told I couldn’t be promised that I would be taken care of because they were busy and it was late, but then the technician that writes up the orders came back and told me they would take care of me. it was a simple patch job/plug estimate around $50.00 ………Another technician came in and told me he needed to show me something. He then took me into the garage area and showed me a tire……., completely BLOW OUT …… and that I needed to purchase a whole new tire CLOSE to $ $ 450.00….…there is no way that that was the tire that I drove in on. They even drove my car around their building before putting into the garage. I had to dispute with them that they had done something incorrectly, to cause my tire to be in the shape it was in after they removed it from my vehicle. Finally they agreed they were at fault and it was well after 7:00 pm that I was on my way, to them realize that my vehicle that I recently had detailed was covered in grease / oil all over the interior and the outside drivers side doors……. I would avoid all Mavis tire locations if I were you. Zero stars…… Zero chance of ever returning to any Mavis Location…….. absolutely HORRENDOUS experience……. I wish I could post pictures on here……… they should be ashamed of themselves….. do they have a daily quota of sales? So they need to sell a certain amount of tires???? Shop around…. There has to be somewhere else you can go.
